The past two days I have gone here to get my dark roast coffee. Bot days, no dark roast! So, I won't bothering wasting my time going here anymore. You can make $30 grappa, frappa, cappa, crappa all day, but you can't be sure the basics are available? Unreal!

I love the people that work here. :) My drinks have always done decently fast even when it's busy. I appreciate that Daria remembered my name the one day. They always remember my other friends name. It's a great place despite the other reviews, in my experience.

Food was plain, they spell and say name wrong, and Basic white girl energy, as a white male, I did not feel comfortable.

The price charged was higher than the posted price on the sign. If the prices have increased then change the sign. This is misleading the customer. The food is not made fresh (that was expected) but the taste and quality was average at best. A disappointing experience for sure.

cannot stress enough to not go here if you actually like starbucks. waste of money, the drinks suck, service sucks, genuinely shameful that they’re allowed to call themselves starbucks.
Worst starbucks experience I ever been too. The one employee is extremely rude and doesn't know how a computer works. Took 10 minutes to try and pay cause they don't know how the phone app works. Then eventually I just left cause she just kept yelling at me to tap my card. Waste of a space at nait.

Very slow service. They should have some staffs who can take order fast, make coffee fast and do checkout fast. It is in a busy building and service speed sucks..
