When I entered in a store. I really needed washroom first. So one employee declined me to make order first then after use it. It is garbage Starbucks policy next time i buy coffee only in different except Starbucks. If I have authority to give star i will provide zero star but unfortunately i need to give it.

I directly asked for no ice and they gave it to me with ice. In fact, they filled the whole Starbucks drink with ice when I got home, I measured out how much product they gave me for It was only half of a cup. Don't come here.(am not trying to be mean but your paying 7$ for a drink)

Loyalty to customers or staff doesn't exist. If you think they actually care about you they probsbly don't. Especially in Drive Thru cause they want Baristas to get you in and out as fast as humanely possible.
I visited this place for the first time when my son had a hockey game at Kingsman Arena. During my visit, I noticed a man doing multiple tasks and a chat between an Asian girl and someone not visible. I stayed in the drive-thru with no cars in front or behind me for more than 10 minutes. When I pointed out to her that she was chatting instead of serving me, she quickly gave me my ready coffee, though she seemed unhappy and mentioned other customers. Despite seeing only the two girls and the young man running things, I decided not to argue, but I will try to steer clear of this establishment in the future. It's crucial for her to receive better training. Furthermore, the young man, who had long hair and frequently pushed it back while dealing with food and beverages, made me question whether he followed food safety rules.

Owner must be aware of their business. Your Barista should know their job well. Your losing guests for wrong team.
