What’s up with this location? Waited in the drive thru for 15+ mins just to receive the wrong drink! I didn’t realize till I drove away and noticed they put the wrong flavour in the drink. Customer service is not existent and the staff appear to not make it their priority. Management isn’t running this location properly and I definitely will not be backs.

I just wanted to mention the exceptional hospitality from one of the associates, Kelly! Every time I visit, she is welcoming, cheerful, and, I feel great after my visit! Thanks Kelly! Your friendly service is having a positive impact on people's days!

Had a wonderful time there, everyone greeting you as you walk in was a very refreshing experience, not something you hear at any other Starbucks, would love to visit again when I'm in the area!

I regularly visit Starbucks and usually don’t mind waiting, as the service is generally good. However, my experience today at the drive-thru was very disappointing.
The employee handling payment was rude and unprofessional. He did not know how to properly hold the debit machine and instead blamed me, saying I hadn’t parked my car properly and telling me to “park properly next time,” while giving unpleasant looks. This felt unnecessary and disrespectful.
Starbucks is known for good customer service, and this experience did not meet that standard at all. I believe this guy need extra training on how to interact with customers respectfully, especially during payment.
First time here and Crystal is an amazing person. Helpful and friendly!

Great people working in there, I had a friendly greeting when I walked in and my drink was delicious! Some people may complain about the washroom policy but as someone that has frequented this location for awhile, I appreciate what the company has changed to help the people working in this store not have to deal with some of the things they used to have too.

What an amazing experience. I was greeting warmly as soon as I entered the door and when I was getting my order taken as well. I was nervous about ordering my beverage because i was adjusting some ingredients but the person taking my order was not only kind, welcoming and warm but also made me feel at ease during the entire transaction. Whoever was on register around 9:10 this morning deserves a tremendous raise. I was not only buying a beverage today, I was also delighted with an entire experience. I think a lot of establishments could take notes on this level of customer interaction/service. Absolutely phenomenal.

I asked if I could use the restroom and they asked: «Are you planning on buying anything?» (By the way, yes, I was! But after I used the bathroom, seriously!!) I said yes, but later, and she wouldn't open it for me! What the hell? What is wrong with you people?

Use to be my Favourite Starbucks. The Staffs were amazing before but now If you want to get ignored for 15 minutes for wanting a little bit more flavour cream in your Coffee this is the place to be!!

I got a caramel brûlée latte today. My grande order was nearly half full of whipped cream. Super disappointed as I don’t get Starbucks often and was treating myself on a cozy Friday workday. Not impressed to get half a coffee for $7.
