The drive thru took AGES and when I got to the window no one acknowledged me for a few minutes. I was starting to think the ordering box was broken. The line took so long the barista asked me for my order a second time thinking I was another car. I totally understand being busy but a quick, “hi be right with you” isn’t much to ask.

My hubby just picked up a caramel macchiato for me and it tastes like burnt medicine. This is not the first time either, we just don’t have time to return it. For what you charge the least you can do is get a machine that works or put some effort into making a decent product.

The staff at this location are one of a kind. I frequent this location quite regularly and I am always met with a smile and friendly personalities each time. Lydia and Ashley in particular are gems, they’ve gone above and beyond for me more than once and are the reason I will continue to give this location all my business and support! I need to drink a large amount of water, but there is no hot water. My stomach is allergic to cold water. Starbucks' hot water saved my body and prevented me from getting seriously ill. Great Starbucks, may you always prosper!

Went here today and had one of the best services I ever had at a starbucks. The lady was so friendly and she was sooo helpful. I did not get her name but I wish I did but I would 100% go back just because of that experience. I told her my app was not working and showed her it was my birthday and that I was extremely annoyed. She said she would honor it and that literally made my dayyy!!Thankss

It's hit or miss depending on who is working that day.Tables are limited, space is limited. Atmosphere is a bit dull in there.Drive through however has always been great. Preorder has also been good.There was an Indian guy barista who made my mocha and hot chocolate amazingly well. However, sometimes you walk in and no one will even say hi till you are standing at the counter for a few minutes. And other days you get a really friendly barista who acknowledges your existence right away.Overall it's a typical Starbucks. Food is usually consistent with other Starbucks. At worst it's average so not bad.

The batista got all our orders wrong, not sure if she even listened when I placed it. Staff was snotty and unfriendly. One just stood there doing nothing. Never coming to this location with my daughters again.

We walked in and waited at the order counter a few min before anyone finally acknowledged us (it's not hard to just say hi, I'll be right with you) when there was no one in line, there's 2 ladies just chatting away, 1 person making a drink, 1 person taking care of drive thru.The drink was mediocre...apple crisp latte I think I got.The place was clean and good working atmosphere though.
