Rarely go to Starbucks let alone drink any caffeinated drinks but choosing to go recently has been a great choice, this specific location has always had excellent service with patient and welcoming staff. I had misspoke an addition to my drink but the barista serving me understood what I meant. Definitely recommend this location.

Lady working drive thru with wavy hair put up , wearing glasses was very rude saying if your not going to buy spending you can’t be here . Hiding her name tag . If you gave us more than 4 mins you would see we are .

Gross incompetence from all staff at this location Yesterday. Was told my drink wasn't possible. I oder it all the time. At this location and others. I even told them how to ring it in and was given nothing but attitude. Then they made my drink hot not iced. And for some reason that was also my fault. I left paying for my drink and throwing it away. This location has now given me attitude on 3 occasions. I wont be returning. Go to brewery district Starbucks instead!!!

I use this location intermittently. I usually go via the drive through which is most often the quickest route. Today that was proven again. I decided to use the nearby big chain grocery store first, so I parked in the Starbucks' lot knowing I would be right back. I was there and back from the store and had put my grocery item into my vehicle by 07:32. As it is "reading" week the drive-through demand is lower so I walked into the coffee shop. There was one customer ahead who was patiently waiting for the, clearly, new barista (likely in training) to finish her food/beverage order. He was clearly having difficulty. I waited behind her then said, "Ask for help?" At which point a more seasoned employee peeked over his shoulder to assist him. He finished the order and began to label the cup. I was next. He took my order for one drink - time stamped 7:44 on the receipt. It took a bit for that as well. I waited for that one drink until 7: 52. The beverage was fine. The "in-store/counter" service was not.
Worst service ever and poor quality food, the bread is made of low quality flour. Fancy packaging doesn’t make your product premium quality. Even the milk doesn’t tastes like milk, forget about any drinks.

This morning I ordered an iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso and it cost almost 9$. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in Starbucks. I asked for no Cinnamon and the drink was given with full of cinnamon and no brown sugar syrup or any sweetness at all. The girl who took my order was rude as well.
