I use this location intermittently. I usually go via the drive through which is most often the quickest route. Today that was proven again. I decided to use the nearby big chain grocery store first, so I parked in the Starbucks' lot knowing I would be right back. I was there and back from the store and had put my grocery item into my vehicle by 07:32. As it is "reading" week the drive-through demand is lower so I walked into the coffee shop. There was one customer ahead who was patiently waiting for the, clearly, new barista (likely in training) to finish her food/beverage order. He was clearly having difficulty. I waited behind her then said, "Ask for help?" At which point a more seasoned employee peeked over his shoulder to assist him. He finished the order and began to label the cup. I was next. He took my order for one drink - time stamped 7:44 on the receipt. It took a bit for that as well. I waited for that one drink until 7: 52. The beverage was fine. The "in-store/counter" service was not.
Worst service ever and poor quality food, the bread is made of low quality flour. Fancy packaging doesnât make your product premium quality. Even the milk doesnât tastes like milk, forget about any drinks.

So often this location makes drinks incorecty and wonât fix them. Has extremely long wait. My venti drink was 3/4 full today. Iâm done with this locations sloppiness.

This morning I ordered an iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso and it cost almost 9$. This was the worst experience Iâve ever had in Starbucks. I asked for no Cinnamon and the drink was given with full of cinnamon and no brown sugar syrup or any sweetness at all. The girl who took my order was rude as well.

I came here and ordered the same drink I order at every starbucks a Sugar Free vanilla latteâŠ. I order this because itâs one of the few drinks on the menu i can have due to medical reasons Iâm a T1D so this makes a big deal. When I was placed my order I confirmed that it was sugar free. the barista assured me that it was. I took his word instead of testing it.Now I am aware that milk and all that does increase the BG but 5 minutes into my drink I spiked a whole 5mmol , I have never spiked that much from a couple sips . so I automatically stopped drinking it after this.If you are a diabetic please be cautious with this location
