This is a great location for getting lunch and specialty hand crafted drinks. Staff were pleasant and got my large order done efficiently. I see how busy this place gets very busy on the weekend, so I try to stop by during the week day

When I ordered a Iced Matcha Latte there was no taste of Matcha at all and basically seemed like they served me all milk
I’m pretty sure the person who helped me was Victor I can’t remember the name quite well but he seemed like he had a bit of an attitude when it came to me ordering and making changes to my drink and probably gave me a lot more milk than the matcha powder
I’ve been to multiple Starbucks places but have never experienced anything this bad

They told me their scanners do not scan the qr codes from the Starbucks app, so I couldn't get stars or credit for my purchase for bonus stars. Definitely won't go back to this location.

I was served by Bryce 100/10 Now I have only been here 2 times before. He only has taken my order once though, but he remembered my exact drink. Now yeah I get it's his job to make it but for him to remember some rando that has been there 1 time (to his knowledge), and make it right, I'm more than happy. And honestly it's a stand inside Safeway what atmosphere is there supposed to be?!?! LOL

I often visit this Starbucks located inside Safeway with my daughter after school. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is lacking, and it feels more like a quick stop than a cozy café. ☕️
While the staff has generally been friendly, I've experienced frequent mix-ups with our orders. For example, my daughter ordered a latte and received an iced drink instead. 😩 Additionally, when I asked for a small flat white, I was given a large! It seems like there’s a lack of training and attention to detail among the staff.
I believe they could benefit from better training to ensure orders are taken correctly and to improve customer service. I hope they can address these issues for a better experience in the future! 🌟
Just went there again and was served by Victor and he totally redeemed himself and the location for at least a three star if I see that other girl working in there I will not go
