Y’all act like I’m begging for a coffee! This is the second time they act so disgusted when I’m making my order. Every time they take my order and another person makes an order, the other person is treated better and with respect. Stop serving if you are going to be biased based on people’s colour, race and physical appearance!

Very bad service as compared to Starbucks corporate stores. They never make accurate drinks, poorly trained staff and horrible taste of food and drinks. I have stopped visiting any of the university Starbucks stores. I usually go to the college plaza Starbucks and that's wayy better.

I ordered a coffee. It came cold and bland. I asked if they could remake it because it was cold. They said there’s nothing they can do because they are closing soon and it’s the last bit of coffee. Maybe a warning prior to buying? An offer for another drink?

Their scan and print out machine are broken which made their service and orders mixed up. I ordered a black tea with OAT MILK and LESS ICE and they gave us the 2% milk. We ordered two drinks and they convinced us that one of the drinks is oat milk. I tried those two drinks and can confirm that it's still the 2% milk. They redid the drink right away but they added TOO MUCH ICE when we just requested for less ice. This store is not good at all especially with people who has an allergy. We literally showed them on our phone our drinks but still got it wrong. Would not recommend.

Ordered an iced chai with oat milk, they gave me dairy and I went into anaphylaxis and spent my day in the hospital hooked up to an IV. Went here again with my friend. She asked for oat milk, they made it with dairy, she asked them to make it again, they made it with dairy AGAIN. It feels like either everyone who works here has hearing problems or they're actively trying to kill everyone who orders milk alternatives.

They have a machine that can be used to scan barcodes but they don't tell you till once you have made your order that you can't redeem your rewards - don't waste your time trying to get your birthday drink/treat here as you end up paying for whatever you order.
