Spent 20 minutes waiting, got my order wrong twice. Don’t recommend this place they don’t know how to make coffee.
Matcha powder wasn’t mixed in proper bunch of chunks which is disappointing because this a 12$ drink….. Only a couple very small 1 person tables the one girl with the choker & I think shorter hair was really nice though

Worst service I've ever had at any cafe in Edmonton. Ordered potato cheddar and chives, paid and gave a tip, and waited for 30 minutes. Everyone came took the coffee order or something else and left, but my order didn't show up. Finally, I asked what happened to my order. A blonde counter clerk, quite rude, told me that they didn't have potato cheddar and chive bake. Big eyes on my face, when I heard the reason, I asked why didn't they tell me when I placed the order. Again the same counter clerk told me that the others didn't know. How bad!! In the end, I changed the order for another type of breakfast and when it finally came, the same blonde counter clerk, big body threw the bag with the order on the counter like it was trash. Wow, what poor service, what a rude counter, and what a lack of respect for the customers. Terrible cafe.

Best Starbucks experience in this college plaza building. I would get a drink on my way to/from my appointment this few weeks. The staff here is friendly, Jessie and Martin are helpful even though the store is busy around noon time they r always smiling.

Your staff needs coaching. They don’t know how to talk to customers & clients. Learn customer service or leave the job so that the deserving one can have it.

I am a tea lover but whenever I come across with Starbucks I go in the store and order my customized white chocolate mocha. It’s a loooong list to customize and they love to do it.Actually they told me too many times to prefer to do special order. Baristas are the best

Worst Starbucks for mobile orders. I placed an order through Skip the Dishes and the bag I received had my name on it, but the items inside the bag had someone else's name and weren't even for Skip- it was an UberEats order!!Thankfully Skip refunded my money, but I had also used a $15 credit towards my order that I cannot get back. Never ordering from this Starbucks again.
