Of my 7 orders at this location, 1 was accurate and done correctly. November 8 around 6 PM ordered two dirty chai's with oatmilk. Oat milk was not used, as i had a severe allergic reaction (I can handle small amounts of dairy). Both were not done correctly at all. One tasted burnt, the other was not mixed and was somehow salty? Threw them both out. I've used this location due to convenience, regardless of the quality, but this was too far. Will never come here again, and I suggest you never do as well unless you're ordering a simple coffee or pre packaged item. Even then I don't know.

Came here today to take advantage of the 25% off iced drinks deal. They only have one till so it was a bit of a wait but when it was finally my turn the guy at the till had no idea what I was talking about and stated that only iced coffees were on special.
After showing him the email he had all sorts of trouble redeeming the coupon on my app so I left. Seemed like he was new and if not he needs more training on the till.
Disappointed as I was looking forward to a treat.

The staff who was working between 12 to 2 on July 21 are so wonderful!!!
I always order chai tea latte because I don't drink coffee and this is the only branch where it tasted like a combination disgusting warm water and milk without a hint of chai flavor, I once mentioned it to the guy who charged me and he said he would I ordered with a double shot (something that doesn't happen in any other branch, I only order my tea chai latte and regardless of the size it tastes delicious) then the next time I went for my prenatal checkup at the clinic next door my chai craving came in and They put coffee in it, I took it back and they did it again and it didn't taste like anything, unfortunately I didn't take a sip before I left because who would believe that they make your order wrong again? When I took my sip I was already on the bus very far from there.

I don't understand how a coffee place burns their espresso every time. I thought it was a mistake last time I got it but definitely not, it's horrible. They also don't listen to direction well, I asked for just a splash a small amount of cream and they fill half the cup with it...and then to say you would remake it to only to put it in a different cup and now it's mixed together is not correcting the mistake. I will not waste my time going back to this location they always mess up any order. Will stick to the one off of 66 street who can actually make a decent drink for the money you are paying.
