After finishing my venti cappuccino I mentioned that it was under-filled, just as a heads-up and wondered if I might be able to get a free refill with no expectation since I didnāt bother to address it originally and they went above and beyond by gracefully and without hesitation offering the free refill. Iāll definitely be making an effort to stop by this location whenever Iām in the area. Highly recommend!ā¤ļø

Misheard my order and had to repeat 3 times. Got my name wrong even after I spelt it out for them. Would rather talk than work fast. Coffee is ok but Iāve had this order from a few locations and this is the worst itās been. Do better.

It was a busy busy morning before I headed off to work, funny thing they asked where I work as I work right by them, they were very communicative and helpful, especially as an individual with adhd and autism, I felt very listened to, understood and communicated to, accidentally got the wrong drink, but like I said it was a busy morning and somewhere I couldāve even communicated wrong, I called them and explained how i did get the wrong drink, not only were they understanding, they gave an apology, understood why i canāt have the other drink due to textural issues, offered to make me the right one, I was offering to come in when my coworker came in so I would be able to, I was even okay with paying again. In FACT I got the best service ever, because I called and letting them know, they made me a brand new drink, and I ended up taking too long, which is my fault, but the person who served and helped me on the phone, came and delivered it, walking through the slippery parking lot between us, remembering where I worked, being sweet and amazing, next time I have a little bit more money, I am personally gonna give them a decent tip, amazing service, great tasting drink, just an amazing experience everytime with this store. Will recommend 10/10 this is the best Starbucks Iāve ever went to, have only had great experiences in the store.

Person taking the order misheard our order and instead of making a triple shot vanilla latte made a plain latte. When we asked for a new drink to be made she did not remake it she only dumped out some and added more milk and pretended she remade it. When we clarified it was supposed to be a vanilla latte she still did not remake it and only added a pump of syrup to the cup. It was very very evident the new drink was never made because it came back too fast and the cup never changed from the one with the wrong label. Drink was still terrible but we gave up since she refused to actually remake the drink so that I could have what I ordered.

Their drive-thru needs attention badly. I was tossed around by the ruts and then stuck and then almost thrown into the wall and then stuck again. So I told the lady (short blonde hair, morning) about it. Her response was āyeah I know. Itās not me. I canāt do anything about it.ā Well, no shit, Sherlock! But maybe you could mention it to your boss and let customers know that youāll pass the message along.Duh! It was a less than pleasant experience. Two stars.

Like most businesses, this location isnāt mistake free BUT unlike a lot of businesses, theyāre apologetic, make sure they make it right and often in more ways than they need to. The staff are also generally great and, overall, weāre thankful that this location is our local one.
