The quality of products and service is lower than expected. My coffee cup was overfilled and my hands become sticky. When I complained I was handed dirty rug to clean the mess. Not acceptable.

Always a reliable stop! I’m giving this Starbucks a well-deserved five stars for a great overall experience. My drink came out piping hot and was made exactly as I ordered it—absolute perfection. I also grabbed a little side treat that was delish. Fast, friendly, and consistent. It is exactly what you want your coffee run to be. Highly recommended!

My friend ordered our drinks - as she left she noticed her drink was wrong (she ordered a chai latte and they gave her a pumpkin thing). Which she went back in and told them it was wrong(they tried to accuse her of ordering it wrong) and then the barista took the pumpkin drink and said “oh I’ll just drink this on my lunch….” (The coffee she touched brought to her car and back). Then when she brought me my drink (a COLD BREW) it was a steaming hot drink… make sure you’re very clear with your order and double check before you leave.

Usually this place is really good, but today just wasn't it, which is why I'm giving it a 3 star. They made my drink incorrectly, had several issues with the scan and order machines, and the Barista taking my order didn't understand a lot of what I was saying which concerned me a little bit. Other than that it was ok. The drink I got wasn't too bad but still not the drink I ordered.

Worst costumer service in entire Alberta. Never seen anywhere in the world that you have to purchase a coffee to use washroom. They made their own rules(staff)
Better to go somewhere else rather than taking wrong orders.

Every time I come here, they never have coffee for some reason. I'm always forced to wait for them to either do a pour over or brew a new cup. It's really annoying as it makes me go to other places instead. Not impressed. The coffee otherwise tastes good and the place is nice

I ordered a regular black coffee and got looks, the coffee tasted like melted styrofoam so I dumped it out after a few sips. For the price I payed for that I think I will be sticking with gas station coffee...it's much better. Starbucks is so overrated.
