Where do I start!!? JASPER GATES STARBUCKS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST STARBUCKS PERIOD!! A good barista is hard to find and this location has been the most consistent with making my particular drink.They are always friendly and have made a point to get to know my name which makes you feel good (it just does!) I have left a nice tip with one of their employees that always makes my drink perfect,he always has a smile on his face and always greets me by name as soon as I walk in for my mobile order!! HE IS A GEM ? Thank you jasper gates baristas for always doing a great job!

Coffee grinder has been broken for over a week. Who knew that you needed a coffee grinder for a coffee house? Saturdays are becoming unbelievable where it can take 20 to 25 minutes to get a coffee. I guess Starbucks would prefer you go to another store and use the drive thru. Wake up drink a cup of coffee and fix the problem.
