Last week my wife and I went through the drive-thru at this Starbucks and honestly had one of the best experiences we’ve ever had — and that was all thanks to Rita. From the moment we spoke to her, she was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional in a very natural way that instantly made our day better.
They didn’t have the Cran Merry drink we were hoping for, but Rita took the time to suggest and make an alternative for us — and somehow she absolutely nailed it. The drink gave us the exact same vibe we were craving, and you could really tell she cared about getting it right, not just rushing us through.
Because of the service we received here, we’ve decided that even though we live in St. Albert, this will be our go-to Starbucks from now on. The level of service we got here is something we honestly haven’t experienced at other Starbucks locations in St. Albert.
Huge appreciation to Rita for going above and beyond and making what could’ve been a normal coffee run feel genuinely special. Experiences like this are why people come back.

Usually love this specific custom order, but this location missed the mark entirely. The drink was sickeningly sweet and tasted like pure syrup. We couldn't even finish a few sips. Disappointing experience considering we get this exact drink elsewhere without any issues.

The superb staff named Rita or Hita (sorry, if I didn’t get her name right), she wears an eyeglasses and a beautiful lady.
She was the best and super kind! She even brought our drinks to the table and played with my baby. I also saw how she welcomed and served other customers. Very lovely!

I have been ordering my drink here regularly and there was this staff who doesn’t know how to punch in the order correctly. She kept insisting that my order cannot be ordered where in fact I’ve been ordering it three times a week, mostly everyday. Maybe she should try to step up a little bit, listen and understand the customer’s request. all she have to do was to replace the syrup with a different one as I always ask them to do. She kept insisting of something else so dumb! I’ve ended up leaving and went to a different place where they able to make my drink as it supposed to!! That person need to be trained properly and maybe stop acting and talking so cringy at the same time! Sorry not sorry!

Rita, the barista at Starbucks, is such a sweet person! I went there today to get my favorite Matcha Frappuccino, and she surprised me by writing “Happy Birthday” on my cup and even drew a heart and a flower on it. That small gesture truly made my day so special. It’s amazing how a simple act of kindness and thoughtfulness can brighten someone’s day. Even though that location is a bit out of my way, I still drive to the drive-thru at 13682 137 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5L 2B3 just to order my drinks. I’ll never go anywhere else! The staff at this location provide the best customer service — they always make every visit feel special. Rita even refused to accept my tip, saying it was my birthday. She really deserved one for her kindness and generosity. I’ve tipped a few times at this location because their service is always excellent. To all the staff at Starbucks, 13682 137 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5L 2B3, keep up the great work and excellent service! 😃

I came here just for a late night Starbucks run for a little treat myself in this fall season. And the lovely drive thru cashier was so friendly just a genuinely kind person who was very easy to talk to and the manager on the intercom system who took my order was very professional! My mood really picked up after a challenging day! Praise Jesus, I am alive!!!! God bless!

First of all we ce in for my sister's birthday drink but she scanned her code and couldn't get her drink but then a lady said she will for it but then the cashier made my sister's drink free! Then she paid for what sopusabley was mums drink (early I said I didn't want to waste money on buying a drink so she desgused her to my drink) then Rita asked what drink I like them my mum said that her drink was mines. Then she lottery decked out the whole cup with one single sharpie!!! This was the most craziest experience ever!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH RITA!!!
