We made a mobile order for 1 hot drink and it was supposed to be ready at 12:05, we didnt get it until 12:20, ik it wasn't busy because another order we waited on (4 cold drinks) was ready on time. We had to remind the barista (they forgot 😭, it ended up taking 1 min to make once we told them)

Super busy on the Sunday afternoon I visited this fall, but the staff were doing really well to keep up with orders and get everyone's drinks in a reasonable amount of time. There is a good amount of seating for chatting or working and this location also has a drive through, which gets a lot of traffic.

Doesn’t honour their deals ? asked why I didn’t get the 25% Friday afternoon deal on my iced drink and the staff straight it up lied instead of just redoing the transaction. This location never fails to disappoint me.
