Only ever have ordered on Skip twice. First time, the little sticker over the mouth spout was not sticking properly and some of my coffee spilled. Today I ordered breakfast and a treat. The lid was off my coffee entirely. And when I picked up the bag st the door, it had leaked on the carpet in the hall and dripped all over my carpets on the way to the kitchen. Please tape the lids on better. Couldn't eat any of the food either because it was soaked and mushy

Stopped in yesterday to sit with family for a coffee. Nice people and great service but possibly the dirtiest tables and floors I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks. I would say that it had not been cleaned for days. Not what you expect for the Starbucks price of coffee. Very disappointing.

We came through after an IKEA shopping spree… drive through was packed but went through quickly and efficiently.
Staff were so nice patient and thorough. We got exactly what we were looking for with a creative suggestions and delish hot and cold drinks!
Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose. They gave me a great cold drink that didn’t bother me for the rest of the day! I appreciated their suggestions ??
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids with great options and suggestions from what we saw when letting a family walk by with their delicious treats and drinks …

My order was salted caramel cool foam on top my coffee but it wasn’t there. They’re never make my recipe right. This location totally make me disappointed. Never come here again

This morning the workers were like 3 chickens running around with their heads chopped off; a little entertaining but also a little annoying. They meant well. The food is typical over priced but half decent stuff. No wonder people get addicted to this coffee, I won't come down from this caffeine high for 2 days!

I went here to order my birthday drink. My order was not even complicated, and it came out looking like swamp water. What a waste of a birthday drink! The enployees service was exceptional.
