Ordered a drink and a ham & Swiss croissant, and apparently they don’t warm their food at this location because when I got to work, my croissant was completely ice cold. For the price you pay at Starbucks, you’d expect at least the basics to be done properly. On top of that, the service was rude and dismissive, which just made the whole experience even worse. Really disappointing overall — I highly do not recommend this Starbucks.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Starbucks consistently provides a reliable coffee experience with a wide selection of beverages and snacks. The atmosphere is pleasant for casual meetings or quick breaks. However, service speed can vary during busy hours, and drink quality is not always consistent across visits

18 minutes to make two sandwiches that are already pre made and take 2 minutes to cook. The girl up front forgot and made us wait for 10 minutes before even putting the sandwiches in. Burnt one of the first ones and left the second one on the counter for 8 minutes while waiting for the second one to finish. When I approached the staff member, I was given a poor excuse “we are busy” while I watched them pump out 15 other orders. No sense of urgency or looking after people. Doesn’t seem there is any managers here either and everyone appears to be disorganized.

Went there late on evening they were closed. No big deal. Tried the QR code to get the hours not working... the food is fine, but I go for the large drinks. Mainly the refresher.

2 separate times I’ve now visited this location. Both times my drink order was made wrong & the second time my sandwich was half cooked through- being a grilled cheese it was barely melted. Honestly disappointed and would rather go to a better Starbucks location.

Normally, I don’t leave Google reviews, but today was an exception. I’ve visited this Starbucks almost every workday for the past few months and never had a bad experience—until today.
I placed my usual order through DoorDash for pickup, and asked my friend to grab it for me. When she came back empty-handed, she said the manager told her the order was for delivery, not pickup, and they couldn’t give it to her.
I called the store to clarify, but the manager insisted it was a DoorDash delivery order and even said I must be a DoorDash driver, despite me repeatedly explaining I was the customer who placed the order for pickup.
I ended up leaving work during my shift to get the order myself. When I walked in and gave my name, a barista laughed in my face. I asked for the manager, and the way he spoke to me was shockingly rude. I showed him my phone clearly displaying that it was a pickup order, but he continued to tell me I was wrong—loudly and in front of everyone.
At that point, I was frustrated and just asked if I could have my coffee. Thankfully, a kind barista I’ve seen before stepped in and asked the manager to give me my order, which I had already paid for. He was still demanding proof, even with everything shown on my phone.
I don’t know why this situation got so tense so fast. I simply wanted my coffee. The manager was aggressive, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills. He should not be in a managerial role if he can’t calmly resolve a simple issue.
Terrible experience.
