I order coffee there regularly, and I wanna say thank to lovely staff who work there, coffee is really nice and kind atmosphere.

It's a good impression if you just go in to buy coffee and there are many people in line and everyone is walking here and there

The lady behind the till was very nice. It was a couple minutes before close and I asked if she was taking any more orders. She said of course and took my drink down. She didn't look upset no sass no huffing. It was very nice compared to some situations I've had where I've been told off for trying right before close.I felt kinda bad, so I left her a nice tip. Hope she had a great night.

Prompt service, friendly staff. A "Joy"

Terrible. The worst Starbucks on the planet. Staff here couldn’t understand what you want. I just want a double espresso and customize it with a little bit milk and whipped cream. The stuff insisted to order a latte for me. I know what a latte is but I do not want a latte (too much milk in it). I can get what I want in any other Starbucks but not here. This kind of thing happened several times. Never go here again!

New Starbucks in Southgate open today after unlockdown. Inside foodcourt. Good news.

Had a gift card from Christmas to use and I don’t drink coffee, so found an awesome, massive mug to enjoy my tea in. As most Starbucks are closed due to the TrumpVirus, I used this at the local Starbucks inside Safeway location. Service was simple and good. Distancing was ok. Mug is massive and I love it. Comparison shot to two other Starbucks mugs.
