The lady behind the till was very nice. It was a couple minutes before close and I asked if she was taking any more orders. She said of course and took my drink down. She didn't look upset no sass no huffing. It was very nice compared to some situations I've had where I've been told off for trying right before close.I felt kinda bad, so I left her a nice tip. Hope she had a great night.

Prompt service, friendly staff. A "Joy"

Terrible. The worst Starbucks on the planet. Staff here couldn’t understand what you want. I just want a double espresso and customize it with a little bit milk and whipped cream. The stuff insisted to order a latte for me. I know what a latte is but I do not want a latte (too much milk in it). I can get what I want in any other Starbucks but not here. This kind of thing happened several times. Never go here again!

New Starbucks in Southgate open today after unlockdown. Inside foodcourt. Good news.

Had a gift card from Christmas to use and I don’t drink coffee, so found an awesome, massive mug to enjoy my tea in. As most Starbucks are closed due to the TrumpVirus, I used this at the local Starbucks inside Safeway location. Service was simple and good. Distancing was ok. Mug is massive and I love it. Comparison shot to two other Starbucks mugs.

I always order London Fogs from Remedy Cafe or Cheese cake factory and I feel like I'm drinking hot white chocolate. Love it at those two places.I decided to try the one from Starbucks for once. I nearly went back and gave them piece of my mind. They call tea with little bit of milk London Fog? Either learn how to make it, or reduce the price and don't rip people off. I also tried their banana loaf and I really like to know how many weeks they had the loaf sitting there? Lastly, the cashier who was handling cash decided to use his full hand to grab the tea bags and put it in the cups. Maybe the pissy taste was from his hands and not the stale milk.The girl making the tea with milk was so blah, no customer service skills whatsoever. I asked for a tray and she pointed to behind the counter, on their side by the sink and said, there it is.The last time I came to Starbucks was few years ago and I had such a bad experience that I stayed away from it for few year. I was reminded today why I never liked Starbucks.

Just went to this Starbucks to get some gift cards. I have one gift card on hand and would like to know and balance to top it to $20. When I asked the girl to check the balance for me, instantly her face is like "u could have done it by yourself online why bother me." Once she told me my balance is $6.75 I asked her whether I can top it up to $20. She was like "can you let me know how much exact you want to load to the card" with an annoyed face. I first did not know what she means cuz I told her I wanted to top it up to $20 then she was "the system can do the calculation…f*k I have to use my phone to calculate". I was really shocked she said that. Then I told her I need 3 more $20 gift cards, instantly she was so nice again with big smile on her face…So I figured that she thought I was wasting her time by checking the card balance?Worst Starbucks experience ever. This just ruined my morning and probably won't ever come back to this location.
