Starbucks

This location is actually crazy. We did a mobile order pick up. Came 5 minutes later. Only one of the drinks were made. Instead of the person making the drinks in first come first serve fashion the heffer made one, then made the next person's, went back to my order, then another person's. I literally waited 20 minutes for my order and there was no one in the store when I came in. Also the girl making the drinks moved at snail pace, and behaved like she didn't want the job. Honestly if Starbucks head office is reading this please investigate this location and ensure everyone has quality training.

This location is by far one of my favorite locations to visit. The moment I walk in, I am met with the most friendliest staff. Never have I felt more welcomed than this location. This location can get extremely busy at times, but for me I am always willing to wait as I will never get this level of service anywhere else.

So that, I say thank you to the hard working staff at this location.

Especially Jersey, she makes the wait worth waiting for.

The employee at the drive-thru was extremely rude when giving my order at 8pm, as if she was forced to work there.

Everyone here is kind and cares about getting the drinks to each person preference. The drinks themselves are always perfect AND full! Love it here and they work very hard <3 (my fav with the perfect amount of cold foam for a girl like me)

So slow, was in drive thru for 14 minutes,to find out that they had to still brew our green tea, Ordered a peach green tea, waited 16 minutes in total
Lots of staff, small line up.No clue what they were doing. And why the drive thru was so slow. Nice staff, but so slow. And we had pre-ordered as well. 🤦‍♀️

Went through the drive threw and the lady gave our daughters cake pops making their day. Supper nice and friendly. Good drink as always.

I frequent at this Starbucks on a weekly basis, the customer service in mornings is very poor unfortunately and today I decided to finally write a review, specifically about the person who was serving us at the drive thru during the time stamp on the photo I uploaded, the person seemed very not connected with the work. They didn’t say hello or anything when greeting us, we felt as if we made this persons job so much worse just for getting two drinks and food, I don’t understand why Starbucks hires staff like this who can’t do a simple job of being nice to people and doing the most basic thing as saying hello how are you, or hey just give me a second your food will be right out. I have worked in customer service for over 10, years and have never treated anyone like this even on my worst days. We also did wait for over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order, which I don’t really have a problem with but the customer service was just plain rude. when they handed the last drink all they said was “here” to get my attention to grab the drink, I was about to ask for a straw and they just turned around and walked away. I waited for a minute in hopes of them coming back, but they proceeded to do something else, this review I hope gets to the management and something is done about the way the staff are trained or hire better staff !
