They gave the wrong BF sandwiches and quickly came up with a solution. Great 😃 customer service!!!!
Super friendly team and always make me feel welcome when I come in. Morning staff always say hello even when it's crazy busy, favorite Starbucks location in the city.

Complete rudeness from this location, left us waiting at the window for our drinks for 20 mins and didn’t even acknowledge us.

Ordered ahead using mobile for drive-thru pickup. Took 38 minutes to get through the drive thru. The food was cold by the time we got it. The attendant ordered to have it remade and as I sat there, with a line up of cars behind me who had also waited half an hour, I had to suggest to the associate that I should go park out front and wait so that the line could keep moving. No sense of urgency or apology, and no idea how to keep the line moving.
They redid the food, except all they did was reheat the same ones, and now I get hard egg bites.
Ordered at 12:37pm , attempting to eat and get back to work at 1:20pm.

The only Starbucks with a 25 minute wait. And be prepared to state your order 4 times. This review is after my 3rd and final experience here
I hate complaining cuz I know the employees get swamped with orders but this is ridiculous... I ordered online and how is this a sandwich I paid $9.15 for? There's nothing in it! There's a tiny bit of cheese that's been over cooked (there's no option to not heat it) to plastic on the edge of the bread... not sure if the rest was melted into oblivion or was never there in the first place. The bread is over cooked as well, making it rock hard and inedible. And last time I went there was no flavour syrup in my holiday drink... it was essentially just a latte with no sugar and some whipped cream. I'm tired of getting refunds from the delivery app cuz I look like a problem customer. This needs to be solved by Starbucks.

30+ minute wait to get 2 drinks, is extremely excessive to have to wait.
Ordered a peppermint hot choc, served a peppermint mocha. Dumped it down the sink. Disappointing. I said "hot chocolate" numerous times. Sigh. We all have bad days....

Ordered a few coffees via uber eats. One of our coffees was only half full... Uber refused to do anything. So I called the store and she said oooh yea, sorry, we cannot help you. When you spend $6 on a coffee, you would expect WAY better service. I asked to speak to her manager and she replied with "no one is available to speak to". Great.

I go here for the quality of the coffee and the staff. My cold brew always looks right/tastes perfect, and the folks are friendly every time.
Slow.. unbelievably slow for a drive through
Looove it. The sweet lil lady mixed me up a special coffee for my annoying anxious stomach which was yummy. Our sammies were pipping hot as usual. And a super sweet lady in front of us paid for our order, we did carry it on and pay for the car behind us. Have a wonderful weekend all!! Bring back the raspberry syrup!
