I had such a great experience thanks to Scott and Raven. They were both extremely friendly, understanding, and made me feel welcomed despite pre-ordering online at the wrong place. Customer service like this makes such a difference.

I was in chapters and I started to have a medical episode and I almost fainted. I was in desperate need of water so I went to the front and asked the worker for a glass of water as I was about to faint and needed cold water. They denied me water and said I had to buy something in order to have a glass of water. I explained my situation and I was still denied. I understand companies having these polices but in this case … it was a medical emergency and I really couldn’t believe profit was put before a basic human need.

I just got a iced creme brule latte with salted caramel cold foam. Literally the most phenomenal latte ive ever had from Starbucks, the guy who make it made the cold foam thick and beautiful it was delicious. Also the staff so sweet and lovely and upbeat. As a chronic starbucks lover, cant say enough great things!

It's a Starbucks. Food and service is what you would expect. Loses rating for the obscenely loud random and poor singing from one of the baristas.

Staff is friendly and does their job well. Aside from the noise pollution, this is a decent Starbucks.

The barista who made this was truly amazing. I love getting these cute messages and I wasn’t having the best start to the day but seeing this really brightened up my day. It’s truly the small things. I love this store and all their staff always make me feel welcomed and such a pleasant environment to be around.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to I think I waited over 20 minutes and it’s set up in a way where you have to leave a gap for the incoming traffic if there’s a line up which allowed some one to even cut me off in line. They need a sign to tell customers to not block the exit and not bud in line. I had to wait even longer and I was truly disappointed. I’ve never had this issue at any other location. Someone higher up needs to figure out the issue because this location is super busy.

I don't typically write reviews but this Starbucks is repeatedly disappointing. We order fairly frequently from Starbucks, and this locations' drinks are always off tasting. It doesn't matter if it's hot coffees, iced coffees, or lemonades, they all taste watered down or bland, even after adding flavour shots. We've tried multiple times across a span of months and still the results are disappointing, especially at near $10 a drink.

I walked into the drive thru and aate was soo good i forgot to ask her name but i came on 23rd October and at 6:30 near. I just wanna say they are very nice and super friendly i feel happy whenever i come there

Came here to study today, was there for almost 5h. All of the staff were so friendly and you could tell they were doing their job and having a good time while doing it, it was really fun to see! Chatted with Emerald a bit while getting my free brewed coffee refills (which is an awesome system), they asked for my name and about what I was up to and even gave me a gift card to say thanks for hanging around and hope to see you come back. I came home and told my family about how great of a study session it was and how this starbucks just has to be my go to spot now. 6/5 stars!!

Not every impressed I am a frequent Starbucks buyer, I go to this location almost every morning and this morning my normal order mocha iced grande in a venti cup because I get cold foam I order that way so I can have the cold foam filled the the top. I never had an issue with it till this morning. Not impressed at all when spending 8-9 dollars on a drink.

This location is actually crazy. We did a mobile order pick up. Came 5 minutes later. Only one of the drinks were made. Instead of the person making the drinks in first come first serve fashion the heffer made one, then made the next person's, went back to my order, then another person's. I literally waited 20 minutes for my order and there was no one in the store when I came in. Also the girl making the drinks moved at snail pace, and behaved like she didn't want the job. Honestly if Starbucks head office is reading this please investigate this location and ensure everyone has quality training.

This location is by far one of my favorite locations to visit. The moment I walk in, I am met with the most friendliest staff. Never have I felt more welcomed than this location. This location can get extremely busy at times, but for me I am always willing to wait as I will never get this level of service anywhere else.

So that, I say thank you to the hard working staff at this location.

Especially Jersey, she makes the wait worth waiting for.
