Just left there, not my go-to starbucks, seem to always have a slight issue at this location...
I asked for extra drizzle & line the cup, any other starbucks is not giving me the entire bottom full of caramel. This is a bit excessive and honestly ridiculous. You can be extra without overdoing it....
All I basically paid for in this drink is caramel......

This Starbucks is the definition of OK it’s not bad they will usually get your order right and they will usually have what you want in stock but not always. The staff is nice and that’s a big plus, but the drive through weight times is the worst I have ever experienced. A while back I was stuck in the drive through, cars in front of me and cars behind me. I was stuck there for 40 minutes. It was frustrating to say the least. Overall ok. Just don’t go in the drive through if you have a busy day.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at the Newcastle location in Edmonton. I visited the drive-thru and placed a simple mobile order for coffee, expecting the usual quick and friendly service. Unfortunately, this time was different.
The employee who served us, Kamal, was noticeably rude when taking our order. Her tone was curt, and there was no effort to offer the typical courteous customer service Starbucks is known for. We waited over 8 minutes for a basic mobile order, which seemed unusually long given the simplicity of the item.
To make things worse, Kamal glared at us during the entire wait and never once offered a greeting, smile, or apology for the delay. The overall interaction felt hostile and uncomfortable.
Customer service matters, especially when it comes to the small, everyday moments like grabbing a coffee. I hope management addresses this, as it was a disappointing visit and not what I expect from Starbucks
Slow slow slow. Drive thru is beyond slow. They charge for extras that other starbucks do not.

I got 2 cold drinks and asked for very little ice and half a cup of ice is not very little. It’s frustrating when u always have to remind someone of that. Sure they could waste those drinks and remake them BUT get is right the first time and there will be no issue. I got rid of the ice outside and my drinks were half full. I paid $13 and probably am left with a size small now. Not very happy.

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with other syrup shots and extra caramel drizzle in the cup from Uber and it is by far the worst drink I’ve ever had at Starbucks. It was totally bitter and tasted like there was no syrup at all. I’ve never had that happen before. I ordered another coffee and it was the same thing. Bitter and straight coffee taste. I also ordered a sandwich with no cheese and got cheese. I would’ve have gone back to the store if I ordered it there but got a refund from Uber. I don’t recommend this location because they got every part of our order wrong.
