To the people that were complaining about the drive thru, how about you go inside and work as a barista? Christmas Eve, 1 person taking orders, another taking drive thru and only 2 workers making coffee. These baristas are making nonstop coffees for 6 hours straight at least. If you’re complaining when people are working as hard as they can, then go make your own coffee.

This Starbucks location is a colossal waste of time and gas if you're hoping to pick up something quick (mobile order) via the drive-thru. I sat close to an hour in the drive-thru with 4 cars ahead of me. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs.

Pay $15 for your order and another $15 in gas waiting at the drive thru. 2pm on a Sunday is not rush, and yet we sat here for 30 minutes. The guy at the drive thru was great and the drinks were fine, but I’m guessing they are severely in need of workers. Skip it and go to the Starbucks on 97th.

I hate to break it to some of you, but if you order a complicated drink in the middle of a rush, you are going to have to wait. They operate pretty much the same as any other Starbucks, but the shift managers are exceptional here. Feel free to complain and buy your own coffee maker, though.

Be very careful with this location they like to double charge ...told me that the debit machine was not working .however it said approved ended up having to pay cash double checked when I got home and of course it was charged to the bank account. Called got told return and prove it ..last time visiting for me
