For the second time in a few days I ordered ahead on the app and had to wait about 10 minutes each day. Even today I ordered before I left my house, stopped into the bank got caught behind the lrt for 5 minutes and when I arrived I still had to wait 5 minutes. I complained and the employee said oh sorry and started making excuses about priority. He said online app orders don't get priority and get bumped. If you are going to the store don't order ahead on the app. Will be going to a different Starbucks from now on.

Omg worst experience at starbucks today which never ever happened before!
We ordered our drinks around 4:20 pm and were scanning star card and no wonder from where she said your cards are not working... m like how we can pay from star cards ... she needs to learn the difference between star card and payment visa cards'n

Great drive thru! Order was great and so friendly on a Saturday morning 8:00! But Im a little disappointed when we went for washroom with my daughter ask for a code. One lady I asked twice for the code and she got annoyed. Working in a morning is not for her or maybe she is not in the mood or what. I think she needs a zip of a coffee for her mood in the morning. She was the Filipina lady.

I’m here about my White Mocha order. The bag was sealed when I received it, but the cup and lid inside were not sealed and the drink was only half full. So this looks like an issue from Starbucks, not the driver. I don’t feel comfortable drinking it.

Hi, I’m reaching out regarding my experience today. The cashier, Jae, appeared upset with the customer before me, and when I began ordering she shook her head and treated me in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. The behaviour felt discriminatory, and I didn’t feel respected as a customer.
The behaviour I experienced from Jae was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. It didn’t reflect the standards I expect from Starbucks, and I don’t believe this level of service is acceptable.

Staff is very rude and arrogant.
They are not trained good
When i asked for some modifications the server was yapping and i had to call manager to fix things
Even she felt like i asked for her kidney when i asked for water

Good luck trying to get a seat to visit friends... Lots of single squatters taking up all the tables for hours on their laptops. They work hard a fast but it takes forever to get drinks inside - seems efforts are directed at the drive through and Skip pickup orders so long order wait times inside for regular customers. After 15 minutes they had entered the order wrong.

I visited this Starbucks today with my girlfriend because I wanted to buy a tumbler as a gift. While I was checking the tumblers, my girlfriend asked to use the washroom, but the staff member named Ashish refused and said she could only use it if we bought something first.

I was surprised and disappointed — is that really a Starbucks policy? I regularly visit this location for drinks and even bought a tumbler from here last week. This experience completely ruined our mood and made us feel unwelcome.

I hope the management reviews this situation and reminds staff to handle such interactions with more courtesy and professionalism.

I ordered today at millwoods town centre location as a mobile order. in order there was simple ice not more but my whole cup was only filled with ice and it was literally quarter drink in a venti cup. That was so disappointing. I paid for venti drink and it was whole filled with ice and not even full.

If you're trying to do work here with a coffee, speed tests how that the download speed is less than 1MB and the upload speed is less than 1MB. The internet is unusable. Came to try to do some work, and it's impossible. Laptop manf less than a year, and tried speedtest on a newer Samsung S series phone. Both speeds were horrible. I just needed to do some work in between meetings, and there is nobody else here using the internet.
