I found a lady named via rude as well as racist as she was dealing with their Philippino customer very friendly and when its time of my order she was treating me in different way and it was arrogant and rude on top of that her words barely understandable. For sure Starbucks needs to train their these kinda employees to treat well to every single customer

Starbucks is a reliable spot for coffee. Drinks are consistently good, though sometimes it can get busy during peak hours. Staff are generally friendly, and the place is clean. A solid choice overall.

This Starbucks right in front of Mill Woods Town Centre close to Gate 1 is super convenient and always a great experience. Whether you're shopping at the mall or just need a quick caffeine fix, the location is perfect with easy parking and quick access.

The staff are friendly and efficient, drinks are consistently delicious love the seasonal lattes and refreshers and the place is clean with plenty of seating ideal for a quick meetup, work session with free Wi-Fi, or just relaxing. They handle busy times well, even during peak hours.

If you're in the Mill Woods area, this is a reliable, welcoming Starbucks spot. Highly recommend stopping by great coffee and great vibes! ☕

Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. Yes, it was busy — Starbucks is always busy — but that doesn’t excuse how this was handled. After waiting about 25 minutes total, my order was wrong: I received only 2 drinks instead of 3, and one drink had ingredients combined from two separate drinks I ordered.
When I pointed this out, the barista acted irritated and reluctantly remade one drink, but refused to remake the other and told me, “you got your drink so move on.” She also tried to argue that the clearly incorrect drink was right. There was zero apology at any point and it felt like me pointing out the mistake was the biggest inconvenience.
I understand how stressful rushes can be, but being dismissive and argumentative with customers isn’t acceptable. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. I usually have good experiences at Starbucks, but this one really missed the mark.

Came through the drive thru to pick up a drink - the man who served us was so happy and peppy, it made me immediately feel happy and peppy! Wish I knew his name. Thanks for the joy you brought first thing in the morning!

The best Starbucks in the city! the wait is usually around or over 10 mins but the drinks are always perfect and staff is impeccably nice and charismatic.

I've frequented this Starbucks over the years and the only consistency is the barista named Graydon (I believe that is how his name is spelt). Whenever he makes my drink I know it'll be made correctly, otherwise is very often made wrong. I truly believe at this point he is the only trained barista there. Hopefully this Starbucks starts hiring more competent employees.

For the second time in a few days I ordered ahead on the app and had to wait about 10 minutes each day. Even today I ordered before I left my house, stopped into the bank got caught behind the lrt for 5 minutes and when I arrived I still had to wait 5 minutes. I complained and the employee said oh sorry and started making excuses about priority. He said online app orders don't get priority and get bumped. If you are going to the store don't order ahead on the app. Will be going to a different Starbucks from now on.
