Stopped in today and ordered 2 drinks. Wasn't too busy in store but drive through was busy. I waited over 20 minutes before approaching the counter to inquire about the status of my order. I counted over 16 drive through orders processed. Obviously you can tell where their priorities land. Won't be back to this location.

Don't go in to the store. Every time I've gone in to order, they are very nice and helpful but it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your order. I went in today, ordered 3 drinks and a cookie at 10:03 am. One of the machines was down and being worked on, understandable. What wasn't understandable was why the people that ordered after me (at least 10 people) got their drinks before us. (All had espresso so that wasn't the issue) Finally after 20 minutes we received 3 of the 4 items. We asked about our final drink and they had clearly forgotten about it or misplaced the sticker. We walked out of Starbucks at 10:31 am. Moral of the story, you shouldn't be waiting 30 minutes for 4 items. They clearly only favour the drive thru and mobile orders, they don't seem to care if you are in the store waiting for 30 minutes. Three other customers were complaining about the amount of time they were waiting as well ( they were there before us )
I would note they did come around and hand out a 4 dollar gift card, which was nice but also doesn't really solve the problem. Just want to give people a heads up before walking into the store.

Went this morning Place is clean and it was good vibe.. had a wrap and caramel Macchiato thanks to pushpinder for the great and friendly service and suggesting a coffee :)
This locations service isn’t just fast, friendly and fun they were also very accurate and cheerful when I came for my morning coffee.
It was so cozy and welcoming here when I got my morning coffee and look forward to going back for my next cup fairly soon !!!

Worst Starbucks in the city they make it dam clear they don’t care about walk in customers at all. Everytime I go I watch countless and countless of drinks go passed and today customers who order after me got there drinks first. I’m paying 7$ and you guys want a tip? I’m insulted. My first trip out in days cause of an injury you guys ruin.

Good Starbucks but unfortunately I’ve had a few incidents (three times at this location) where the lid will not stay on my drink resulting in it spilling in my cupholder and all over my pants.
I’m especially frustrated today because I went on my lunch break so I needed to change my pants before I got back to work due to the lid popping off :/ no idea why this is the case, the first time it happened to me at a different location (over two years ago) the staff at the Gateway location said it was a manufacturing issue with their lids. Idk how this is possible when my boyfriend’s drink (same size) is fine and the lid fits so snug. Now my white Aritzia effortless pants and car seat are stained (but at least I still have 75% of my iced coffee).. I wish there was a little more care put into the transportation of drinks and ensuring that they’re not about to spill everywhere. I don’t want to sound like a Karen but the drink is already $6-8 and the quality of the cups is worse than McDonald’s or Tim Hortons 😭😭
Edit: I reached out to the Starbucks corporate customer care team and they were kind enough to credit me my drink and let the store manager know about the issue as well 😊 I will probably stick to PSLs going forward as I haven’t had this issue with hot drinks!

try to avoid. it took 25 mins after billing to serve one pumpkin latte with 2 more customers other than me.. not sure why they were running around but people waited for 25-35 mins for a cup of coffee.. drive thru was also not smooth.. this is on 28th sept 2024 around 5pm.

Not sure why people are so tough on the baristas here, they were extremely busy today around 5/6ish when I visited and it seemed like they were working hard to make drinks for both the drive thru and the people in store. Today was just a crazy day it seems. Everyone is so friendly and make the drinks very well. I would visit again, probably a bit later though to beat the rush. Quality drinks take quality time.

I got Uber eats paid 10 dollars for this drink when I got it the ice was melted and it was watered down. It’s only a 5 minute drive from my house.

Love this Starbucks. The staff are all so wonderful and a delight to see. I study here everyday and there’s always a clean tidy space available. Always have such a good experience when I go in - thanks to Shubh <3
