Early morning unpleasant experience encounter in -19 C. Went drive thru to order my food and drink. They charged me on drive thru, handover my drink and told me to park on the front door for the food. After waiting 10 minutes i went inside, noticed my food is ready but nobody came outside to handover to me. Instead they told me they were waiting for me. What is the point of using drive thru if i need to come inside and pick up the food. Very disappointing with their service.

Very disappointed with the service I received today in the drive thru. First I was handed the wrong drink and size, when I asked for it to be corrected I was questioned if I was sure I wanted it to be replaced. After it was “ corrected “ I drove away after being handed a cup that had spilled coffee down the sides. I took a sip and it was a completely different drink than what I ordered and what was posted on the sticker on the cup. Not to mention I sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes already. Get it together Starbucks. This isn’t the first second or third time I’ve received poor service and incorrect orders

Ordered 2 VT sized salted caramel mocha frapacinos. Via drive thru. Frist hand out NO SALTED FOAM. ON 1 AND barely any on the second one. N Carmel drizzle on either. Hand back and said what it was missing. Oh it fell into it. No clue get these all the time that doesn't happen. At this.point already sitting at the window for 10 plus mins. Pointed out no caramel drizzle either . Cashier rolls her eyes and put some on one and drowns the second one with it. Hands us drinks had to ask for straws. Start drinking and both myself and my husband agree tast like nothing but expensive chocolate milk. Worse ones we have ever have had.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION WORSE STARBUCKS WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

I am very disappointed with the service I received today at Starbucks. I urgently needed to use the restroom, explained that I am pregnant, and was still told I could not enter unless I bought something. I had to purchase a bottle of water just to get access.
As a loyal customer, I find this policy unacceptable and lacking compassion. In some provinces, such as British Columbia, the Public Toilet Act prohibits demanding payment for restroom use. Starbucks should review its approach and show more empathy, especially to customers in need.

Great staff and food, but PLEASE get your dang door fixed so the wheelchair accessable buttons work. They havent worked for a LONG time, its a fire hazard and awful for patrons in wheelchairs or with young children in strollers

Absolutely terrible service. Slowest drive thru in the city by far. Had to go around the drive thru twice just to get my plain brewed cup of coffee..and even then it was lukewarm at best
