I order here all the time for myself and my coworkers since it's so close to work, but the coffees here are consistently bad and watered down. The employees are lovely, but unfortunately that is not keeping me going out of my way to start ordering at other locations.

I got none of the customizations I asked for. I asked for Siracha never got it. I asked for light ice now I have a watered down iced matcha.

The staff is so friendly and greet me all the time by name. Friendly and get my drink right every time. It can be a really busy place, but they all work really hard.

Kept telling me my purchases weren’t going through and they took 120.00 from my account I called my bank right away and they confirmed it was taken… they wouldn’t do a damn thing but keep telling me it never went though!

I have visited many locations around the city but this one has to have the lowest quality and most inconsistent drinks made

Nice respite from the routine with quality bites and drinks, cold and/or hot. Service is efficient and friendly.

I come here often when I’m visiting family in Edmonton, and the service is usually very good and very friendly. The cafe is comfortable, but gets loud when busy. Compared with other Starbucks in Edmonton and other cities, though, the amount of ice one gets in a cold drink here is ridiculous. If I pay $6.50+ for a cold drink, I don’t want 3/4 of my cup to be ice, I want 3/4 of my cup to be the actual drink I ordered. I’ve ordered 2 cold drinks in the last two days from this location, and both times basically got ‘iced water’ with a bit of flavor of the drink I ordered. It’s not a good value for the price they’re charging.

Parking: Though there is a big parking lot, the parking spots close to this Starbucks are limited. If the parking lot is crowded, it can be difficult to navigate as you enter/exit your spot, especially because the Starbucks drive thru traffic exits through the narrow parking lot closet to the cafe.

Ordered venti pumpkin spice latte during drive through and the coffee wasn’t even filled up to the cup. It’s ridiculous that you pay the amount they ask for if they don’t even fill it. Waste of money, would not recommend going to this location cause you may be ripped off.

I got the new caramel cold foam iced matcha. It was lunch so i get it was busy but this matcha was basically milk. The cold foam was not frothed nearly enough as it immediately sank into the drink. This pic is after one sip. Just disappointing. 2 stars because the turkey and cheese sandwich i also got was okay.

Be aware this location will not accept cash unless you are going to use it to reload your card. Forget trying to pay for $30 of drinks with a larger bill. But if I wanted to put it all on my card no problem accepting it. Put up a sign that you won’t accept cash if you won’t. And service so so so slow.
