Absolutely saddened by the way staff handled the whole “bear cup” situation on Nov 06. Was first in line after having to leave another location as someone else beat me to it so I could get a bear cup and 3am! We asked each employee if they knew how many they had and they all said they didn’t know and we asked if they would tell us how many they had. Unfortunately we couldn’t see from the door because all their stock was sitting in the middle of the floor stacked about 5’ high. They never did tell us until the door opened at 4:30am that they in fact did not have any bear cups - my presumption would be that the staff bought them all as they kept snickering inside and looking at the line. It’s pretty pathetic that they didn’t have the decency to just tell us they didn’t have any. Will not be supporting your business any longer.

You guys are horrible. Waited outside since 3:30 in the morning just for you guys “not to have received the glass bear cups” but just found out that every location actually did receive them and that the employees just bought them all. It is in your policy that you cannot hold for employees so honestly shame on you guys. We were wondering why you guys were snickering at us through the window, now we know you guys bought all of them out before u even opened. Also super unprofessional of you guys to have 40 boxes just lying down on the ground when opening. I only remember Emma but negative stars for you and everyone who was working this morning.

For the past few years, this Starbucks has been my favorite stop after a long day—and honestly, it feels more like a warm hug than a coffee shop. I ordered a venti through the drive-thru but was charged for a tall. I mentioned it to Miguel, and he kindly apologized and even gave us the extra drink. My partner and I were willing to pay the difference, but his hospitality made the experience even better. Thank you, Miguel!

We always order the same thing, sadly to say in the past year or so they only got it right twice. We only complained once.
Yesterday, it was wrong again, I tried calling them no answer. So my husband called them. Alejandro asked that we bring the drink back. So yeah, we had to bring the drink back because Alejandro didn't believe us. Simple sorry would have been appreciated it, but no, not until you bring your drink back. So yeah! We spent our Saturday driving back and forth, burned more on the gas because Alejandro has no basics of customer service.
After reading the other reviews, it's more than obvious that this location doesn't care about their customers.
That's enough for us to drive further to get better service that any customer deserves.

tell me why i ordered a venti iced matcha latte with no ice add vanilla cold foam and vanilla syrup and this is how i received my drink, have empty. I paid $11 for an empty drink and got no refund. absolutely ridiculous, as though the baristas don’t have eyes to see that they barely pored anything into my drink! so disappointed.
