tell me why i ordered a venti iced matcha latte with no ice add vanilla cold foam and vanilla syrup and this is how i received my drink, have empty. I paid $11 for an empty drink and got no refund. absolutely ridiculous, as though the baristas don’t have eyes to see that they barely pored anything into my drink! so disappointed.

i come here all the time, and everytime it’s different. i just did a mobile order, 2 mins after when i went to go pick it up my drink. it was so watery and it wasn’t even made right. both of the lady were laughing and they were being unprofessional. the lady was like it’s just like that. like what do you mean? it is just disappointing to experience. honestly make sure to do your job right as a barista, and make the drinks properly. i would’ve gave it a zero rate if there was.

The last few times the coffee is terrible. Tastes completely watered down, as if there's no coffee in it. My husband and I have made a vow to never go to this Starbucks again.

I order here all the time for myself and my coworkers since it's so close to work, but the coffees here are consistently bad and watered down. The employees are lovely, but unfortunately that is not keeping me going out of my way to start ordering at other locations.

The staff is so friendly and greet me all the time by name. Friendly and get my drink right every time. It can be a really busy place, but they all work really hard.

Kept telling me my purchases weren’t going through and they took 120.00 from my account I called my bank right away and they confirmed it was taken… they wouldn’t do a damn thing but keep telling me it never went though! Kept trying to make me try different machines Worst service.
