I ordered an iced latte today and was given hot coffee. I had driven home and not realized it. When I drove back to the Starbucks at 8:01 pm, they informed me they were closed and could not help me. They had told me to drive to a different Starbucks to solve the problem. I did not find this very logical or helpful.
I felt that was very poor business customer service and I believe there are better ways to solve the issue. Moreover I felt it they were fairly rude. I left disappointed after having paid for the wrong item.

I brought 4 drinks one matcha latte, one cafe mocha and two honey citrus mint tea for the road trip. None of us drink able to drink 1/4 of the cups. match latte tasted so off, tasted sour oat milk with too much matcha and taste super bitter. The honey citrus mint tea literally water down, no citrus no honey no tea flavor. Same with the cafe mocha flavours was off too. This was the worst Starbucks experience ever.

Whoever was working at 5:30PM on Wednesday, March 12th 2025- I ordered two Lavender Oatmilk Matchas and those were the best drinks I’ve ever had. The time and care you put into the drinks showed your dedication for excellence. You set the standard, thank you for your hard work! I hope to see you again!

Popped in with the little after school and had an absolutely fabulous barista!! My little one had an excess of ice in her drink and she knocked some out and topped off a half-guzzled drink… it’s the little things!!

Tammy at Riverbend is the best Barista I've had at any Starbucks in a Safeway! Well, Marica at Meadowlark is awesome too ? Tammy always makes my white chocolate mocha bang on if not better than usual! We always have a chat whenever I'm in and she's always so friendly and kind. Even if someone else is taking my order she always starts making my drink before it's run through. She just knows! Wish she worked at a location in the west end. It's worth the drive to get your drinks made the right way EVERYTIME by her. CONSISTENCY is impeccable. 6 stars for Tammy!
