Amazing customer service by Grace and manager Nick. Saturdays are their busiest days and my hiking group always stop for coffee afterwards. I had old gift certificates that Nick found a way to process. Both employees were very polite and not once we're they rude to me, which they could have done trying to figure out the gift certificates.
