I had a really unpleasant experience at the Starbucks in Wolf Willow. I placed a mobile order and arrived on time to pick it up, only to be ignored while staff prioritized drive-through orders. I waited far longer than necessary, and the kicker? It felt like I was being punished for not leaving a tip. Since when is tipping mandatory at a coffee chain? If this location values tips over basic customer service, they’ve got their priorities backwards. I came in for a quick coffee, not a lesson in favoritism.

I went through the drive-through at this Starbucks for the first time, which also happened to be my birthday, and I had such a great experience! Tawfiq took my order and handed me my drink, and he was incredibly sweet and friendly. It honestly made my day as his kindness and energy made my first visit to this location super memorable. Thank you!

I don't understand why this location insists on never stirring their drinks. Every time we come here the drinks look like this unless I specifically ask them to stir it. For $7 a drink i don't think its too much to ask to stir it properly.

Really slow. Maybe new staff. Maybe less staff. Just too bad, was a great place to come.

This has to be one of the worst crews ever. Went there twice, the first time was a pickup and every single person ignored me when I was trying to mention I was there for another item and waiting for 10 minutes. Then today another pickup I did and not a single person acknowledges you. It's crazy you can go in and grab any order because they really don't care. I get it, customer service jobs suck sometimes but come on, a little acknowledgment doesn't hurt.

Normally I have good experiences here, however this last visit was terrible. My Danish was soggy, and my Frappuccino was clearly not blended. There were chunks of ice as big as ice cubes still! Very unhappy

I visited your drive thru today and was served by a barista named Josh. I found Josh to be friendly, engaging, and confident... More places need team members like Josh and I'll be sure to go out of my way to visit this location more in the future.
