I love Starbucks wolf willow! I always come here early in the morning and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly to me and my friend who come on a routine basis. The drinks are always perfect, and Patrick even made us some samples of their new drinks to try out! I’ve never had a less than perfect experience here, and will always come here for my early morning studying.

Christmas menu was so good!!

Today at the Wolf Willow location, we ordered 2 venti pumpkin spice frappuchinos with an extra 2 pumps of pumpkin sauce and they did not add the extra flavor. It was hard to tell if it was a mocha or pumpkin spice. For $15 I expect better!
In the past at this and other locations being Stony Plain and the Hamptons the drinks have been great.

Had a chai tea and the cinnamon coffee cake. Tea was very good. The cake square was tasty. Pretty good service in mid-afternoon when I was there.

Shoutout to Tawfiq in the drive thru! The guy was hilarious, had us cracking up the whole time but was super polite too! The wait time was about 5min, but overall would recommend to make another visit :)

I had a really unpleasant experience at the Starbucks in Wolf Willow. I placed a mobile order and arrived on time to pick it up, only to be ignored while staff prioritized drive-through orders. I waited far longer than necessary, and the kicker? It felt like I was being punished for not leaving a tip. Since when is tipping mandatory at a coffee chain? If this location values tips over basic customer service, they’ve got their priorities backwards. I came in for a quick coffee, not a lesson in favoritism.

I went through the drive-through at this Starbucks for the first time, which also happened to be my birthday, and I had such a great experience! Tawfiq took my order and handed me my drink, and he was incredibly sweet and friendly. It honestly made my day as his kindness and energy made my first visit to this location super memorable. Thank you!
