Everyday I order my drink with Starbucks. Today i ran errands at westside. Lady gave me wrong size and asked if She can remake it at the size i ordered, and I said sorry for asking (which was there fault at fist place)Gave me a drink that was not shaken all the green tea powder at the bottom and no smile or good communication as she gave it to me.I spend couple of dollars to get a “drink” I expect better service.

My go-to Starbucks on the west end. The staff here are always lovely and willing to chat for a moment and share a smile. They'll help you pick out a drink if you want to try something new or will make all your favorites. The drinks aren't necessarily exactly the same every time but they are always tasty.I love the new lavender flavor, I hope it sticks around.

I don't usually come to this Starbucks as it is out of my way, but, every time I do drive-thru, I always get great service, especially the staff at the pick up window. Mornings are usually blah for me, but every time I come here, their energy and enthusiasm makes my mornings so much better!! Keep up the great service!

Why ask for tips if you’re not going to do your job properly? I asked for my drinks to be lined with caramel, drive through employee “didn’t hear me” yet the croissant I ordered said “warmed” on the screen and I received it cold, I didn’t feel the need to confirm my food was being warmed up.. The barista on the register said the cup wasn’t lined with caramel because it wasn’t written on the order, yet I received my food cold. I was kind to the employees and left but it’s just interesting to have a condescending attitude towards customers when your drive through employee (pink shirt, face mask, Asian man) does not know how to communicate effectively!

Unfortunately disappointed by hygiene here. The young man that took my order did something with a pile of dirty aprons on the floor (some were in small puddles) while I made my payment. He then proceeded to put my order together without either washing his hands or at the very least putting on a pair of gloves first. I threw my food out.

I used to love this place. It's SUPER close to my house. I can even walk here! Used to be here all the time.What has driven me away? There is one barista here, with pink hair and a voice LIKE A FOGHORN. Super deep and loves having conversations about everything and nothing with her fellow baristas, most of which has nothing to do with work.People come to coffee shops to relax, to chat, and to get some work done. Even WITH earbuds in, I can't do that when she's here. So I've just had to start going other places. I really wish they'd take her off mornings on the weekend or move her to another store. Managers, are you paying attention?

Hate to take time out to write a negative review but as it’s our neighbourhood coffee shop and seems to be an on-going issue, felt it necessary.Service is ridiculously slow. Waited 20 mins for a tea and a kids steamed milk. Americano Mistos seem to always be made with brewed coffee versus espresso. Management is very vocal about the struggles they face with staffing and seem to place blame on everyone else about delays and other hang ups. Very awkward to listen when paying 7 bucks for a coffee.Sat in drive through once for 20 mins because the car ahead ordered drip coffee and they didn’t have any prepared. May have been a good opportunity to ask said car to pull over and wait to keep flow going.Just overall disappointed with this location since the renovations. Their capacity to serve is not reflective of their new and improved space. Need more staff on and perhaps better leadership?

I’ve ordered bakery items from this place 3 times now, every time they never send the food part of my order, only the drink part. They don’t even leave a note or anything letting me know they didn’t have it, so it just leads me to believe their Incompetence is the reason why I never get the food part of my orders. I order from Uber Eats, and every time I have to call this location to ask where my food is, only for them to tell me they were out so they didn’t send any. At least Uber Eats covers the cost, the employees here don’t even give a moment of remorse for their incompetence.
