Please tell me why people before me got there drinks and all I ordered was an iced coffee. Also lady behind the counter had to re make a drink twice what a joke.

Love the people working there! Absolutely best experience especially with Marcus! Bro makes awesome drinks and is so kind. Also, whoever made this matcha deserves a raise, it was beyond heavenly, I genuinely wanted to drink it over and over again!!!

The worst Starbucks in the city I will never be coming back.

I bought 2 drinks through mobile order at 4:08PM and while it was quite busy, the app had said the estimated wait time was 15-20 minutes. It was fine until I had waited 30 minutes for my first drink. It wad horribly watered down and just wasn’t good whatsoever. I was already frustrated because I had places to be and expected to get my drinks within 30-35 minutes. I waited 20 more minutes because I thought they were just too busy to make my drink. I had to go up and ask one of the baristas what was the status on my second drink and she did not start making it until I asked. In total, I waited almost AN HOUR for two grande drinks. It was horrible.

Not to mention, there is an older white lady that works there who is very very passive aggressive. I didn’t catch a glimpse of her name tag but she wears black glasses that look a bit out dated but she is horrible oh my God. A man came and asked for the status of his order as well and they had to make one of the drinks because they only made the first one. He asked twice and she walks over to the pick up area and reads one of the cups (which was the drink he was waiting for and I guess he did not see) but she very aggressively reads the order and holds up the drink saying “this is your drink and clearly has been sitting here for a while considering it isnt even warm anymore” (it was a latte, also the quotes are not verbatim). He apologizes and thanks her for her help and keep in mind English is not his first language so it was difficult for him to figure out the situation. As he walks away with his family, drinks in hand, the barista walks towards her coworkers and rolls her eyes and begins mocking him. Such disgusting behaviour from this employee. Kind of sucks because the other 4 baristas were very bubbly and sweet but her, plain out rude and should not be working as a barista if she cant even fake a smile or WILLINGLY help a PAYING customer. I get that sometimes we get frustrated at work but this man was barely 3 feet away and there was a bunch of people standing around and she felt comfortable enough to publicly shame him and mock him. This says so much about the management.

Waited almost 1 hr 45 minutes for 2 drinks which only takes 2 mints. Never will join the queue and order from this place. Would suggest more crew members or they should accept only in store orders. Better for them, otherwise will rank as worst starbucks customer service in Edmonton. It is located in one of largest Mall in Northern America. I think being quick adding more members will help them.

I'ver never experienced this kind of treatment from any store. You leave your chair and things on your table and they take your things and throw your drink which is less than half consumed drink. They said that customers like to sit too but I am paying customer as much as those people who like to sit. So when you sit there you can't use the washroom and etc. They have all the right to throw your drink that you paid for and touch your personal belongings. I would've understood if the cup was empty but nope wasn't able to enjoy my drink when I got back and I was forced to leave because what choice do I have? RUDE! They can make you wait for your drink for 30-45 minutes but they won't let you leave a drink for a little while.

I’ve worked here for many years and now I am still coming here. I love the staff, clean store, and yes, like other Starbucks locations, BUSY!! But they do their best. I appreciate this location and how friendly and amazing they are!

We often go here for a coffee while at the mall, this day the wait for your drink was horrendous. The staff looked like they were overwhelmed and in experienced.

Only person in the real line. Have to wait through 14 mobile orders with people who aren't even there.... with a toddler... Seems stupid to me.
