I had such a wonderful experience at this location. I was a little nervous ordering as I haven’t purchased anything on my own from a Starbucks, I’m usually with my daughter who orders for me. The lady that took my order was so kind and understanding, her name was Rise. I explained the kind of drink I wanted and she smiled and said she knew exactly what I was talking about. It was an iced white mocha, and it was so good. I will always come back to this location because of the amazing service. Thanks so much for making me feel so special. Your staff is just amazing!

Ordered a pinkity drinkity for may daughter. She didnt want ice sontheu filled half the cup with water. It tasted gross. Have never been told this at any other location. Watch for the watered down drinks here.

Once again , Ian ate UPPP with the caremel ribbon crunch. Extra crunch? NO , a full cup of extra crunch on the side! Everytime me and my friends go to WEM .we always look forward to getting our caremel ribbon crunch and just PRAYYY it's Ian making them,cause i don't want it unless Ian is making it. I honestly love this location. Despite it being busy the staff are always trying to work hard and I never see a single one of them standing and talking. Someone is always doing something productive to help the team continue flow with the busy rushes that happen in the mall. I work in the mall myself so I understand how it could be stressful for them with customer service. However, I hope they all know that they do such an incredible job!! myself and my coworkers are also thankful and hope they see this amazing review. I think the customers just need to have some more patience honestly because if you stand there silently and watch them all how busy they’re working and don’t ever stop you can very much see that they’re trying to do their best to accommodate everyone.
