Bought a drink for $4.67. was charged $9.67. baristas were unable to refund the amount with their machine, refused to pay a cash refund. Was told to take it up with our bank. Very disappointed with the efforts of the staff to rectify the situation. 3 staff were involved in the dispute before they refused to do anything further.
This location is the only place I go. Two years ago I started my new job, and they became apart of my morning routine. They have always given good service, but overtime I realized they had put effort in to learn my name and preferences. Now when I pull up to the drive thru, they greet me personally and remember my order, they write nice messages on my drinks, and when their machine wasn't accepting my card today, they gave me my order on the house. I genuinely mean it when I say they make my morning every morning. Cheers to the best baristas!!!
If you guys are going to close early you really should update it on here. Claing at 8:50 when you guys are open to 9 is crazy

Ordered online and left a note saying they didn't have breakfast?? Why wouldn't they just cancel my order? Horrible service. Never ordering or going here again. Awful customer service.
***Changing my review from 1 to a 5 because of Jaja. She was absolutely amazing and provided excellent customer service after I contacted the establishment. She was absolutely delightful. I will be coming back just because of her. Give this woman a raise!

I was the only person in the drive thru and Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window. The employee said we have like 4 mobile orders that we need to do first then we will have it ready. Would be nice to know this information before paying. Are deliveries more important than in store orders?

I find the staff are awesome here. I really like chatting with them all they try hard to do quick service, but it is a busy Starbucks so sometimes that’s in the way. The only complaint I might have is if they were closed or they didn’t have something that the app was updated so you don’t get there and the doors are locked. That sucks when you’re walking. It has happened many times to me. I usually just have my favorites. I stick to a hot drink latte cold drink summertime refresher sometimes iced coffee nothing too complicated. My kids drink is never right though lol they don’t drink it. We Come here though, I’d say on average seven times a week. I spend a ton of money here so, I would say that this is the perfect Starbucks for me

lmfao 10 min wait for a large lemonade bffr
This is my local starbucks. I'm told if your order is wrong - you ask the staff or question it and they are to remake at your request. I've been ordering through the app and now have had multiple issues where the staff do not follow the instructions for the drink request. Today I went to go pick up my drink, ordered through mobile. The order is light ice, pictured here is what I received. When I questioned the drink, the batista was combative, and said this was light ice. What do you think? Why does the person behind the counter have to argue? Not good customer service.
