Very slow service, both the drive through and walk in. It takes so long to get even just a drink order. Also, the drive through no longer accepts tap initially because you have to either tip, or decline to tip before paying for an order. Asking for a tip at a drive through is ludicrous. The atmosphere isn't great, not a lot of seating, and not cozy. Overall, not a great neighbourhood coffee shop.

Forgot the ladies name who helped me. But I could not make up my mind and asked for a surprise drink with slight caffeine and no tea. She gave me a strawberry frappe. Love it!!!

Walked in today and waited 10 minutes before asking if anyone was working the front till.
Customers before me were served and had left. Was quiet for a minute or two. Ladies working away thinking I was going to be helped soon. Drive thru people start helping those customers. Made my way to the door asking if anyone was working the front till. I got a sorry, but decided to spend my money else where. Won't be returning

I like the staff here. Friendly, helpful and prompt service. Drinks are great and the breakfast sandwiches are very filling.

I only go for my daughter. She enjoys the food and cold drinks, and the cake pops! It's way too expensive in my opinion, so I'm not a customer. The service staff is always very amped, smiling and courteous.

Bought a drink for $4.67. was charged $9.67. baristas were unable to refund the amount with their machine, refused to pay a cash refund. Was told to take it up with our bank. Very disappointed with the efforts of the staff to rectify the situation. 3 staff were involved in the dispute before they refused to do anything further.

This location is the only place I go. Two years ago I started my new job, and they became apart of my morning routine. They have always given good service, but overtime I realized they had put effort in to learn my name and preferences. Now when I pull up to the drive thru, they greet me personally and remember my order, they write nice messages on my drinks, and when their machine wasn't accepting my card today, they gave me my order on the house. I genuinely mean it when I say they make my morning every morning. Cheers to the best baristas!!!
If you guys are going to close early you really should update it on here. Claing at 8:50 when you guys are open to 9 is crazy

Ordered online and left a note saying they didn't have breakfast?? Why wouldn't they just cancel my order? Horrible service. Never ordering or going here again. Awful customer service.
***Changing my review from 1 to a 5 because of Jaja. She was absolutely amazing and provided excellent customer service after I contacted the establishment. She was absolutely delightful. I will be coming back just because of her. Give this woman a raise!
Staff is awesome, they are friendly and always start my day off with a smile.
