Yikes. Not only did I catch flack over my order, she made it wrong and when they put orders down, they do it in a pile with other customers order so you have to dig through it. Why cant you separate them? Never seen that before at starbucks.

My car broke down in the drive thru today and they were SO nice and helpful. Such amazing, caring people that work there I can’t even begin to explain how nice they were about it for how stressed out I was. Thank you capilano starbies workers

The renovations look professional, but there is less area for patrons now. The long bench seat across the window was a terrible idea. Considering that the Starbucks is within walking distance of a school and is in a high traffic location, reduced customer area was a poorly calculated move based on pre-made layouts rather than considerations based on traffic volumes.
The staff got an upgrade to their working space. Still, a win for staff is not always a win for customers. Starbucks looked much better before renovations.
With that said, the staff are wonderful. They are a cheerful, approachable, professional and friendly. Obviously minor mistakes like a drink made incorrectly will happen time to time, but you can count on the staff to make it right when it happens, every time.
The food is what you would expect from a Starbucks or any fast service location. Anyone expecting top quality dining should consider a legitimate dining facility. The coffee as well as the other various drink menu items meet or exceed expectations.

The only thing I don't like about the store is how tight the drive through is, I like most other suburban owners like having a football field to turn in but I get a regular confidence boost from driving through without having to do a three point. Get the iced caramel machiato

Obviously have changed their hours and no longer open at 6:30 am on Saturdays and likely Sundays even though their app and Maps still say they are…a bunch of people lined up looking for service with no signage up, etc! Good job Starbucks!
