I go here all the time. It’s very convenient and fast. But I have to ask , what the heck did they do to all the workers? Every location I go to not just the one place the workers seem done with the job. They answer the order differently without care try and be polite at the window but man what did Starbucks do to their workers to make them miserable?

I bring my friend here a lot. The most amazing thing is pulling up to the speaker to order. And the girl already tells us what we are having and she is absolutely right. I soon realized we are not the only vehicle that they know those orders. That's the kind of service that should be given everywhere. The place is always clean.Staff is always friendly. When I feel i'm mentally mature enough, I will start buying coffee there lol

They don’t know their store policy. I asked for tap water I had Starbucks bottle already, they wanted to charge me. Also the girl in the till was super rude.
They need to be retrained

Coffee is great, customer service was pretty uncomfortable at this location
Very disappointed with the experience my sister-in-law had at the Starbucks on 5028 - 127 Ave. She went in with her dog, not realizing pets weren’t allowed. Instead of being politely informed, she was rudely told to leave and wasn’t even allowed to place an order unless she left the dog outside. We completely understand that there are policies around animals, but there’s no excuse for the disrespectful attitude she was met with. Customer service should be about clear communication and kindness—not making someone feel unwelcome or embarrassed. We won’t be returning to this location.

Decided to drive thru amidst my early Saturday a.m rush to work. Sat by the order screen for minutes, waiting for someone to attend to my order but to no avail. So i decided to drive forward by the window, hoping to catch someone's attention. Four people were inside, saw me but no one cared to come to the window and atleast talk to me, instruct me how to proceed or simply know why i was there. I just drove away to catch up my 6:30 work start.
Jacquie is the best there is! She knows my name and knows how I like my coffee every morning! My mom and I go to the same Starbucks for coffee and we have raved about her to eachother. I always miss her when she isn’t at the window. I hope she sees this so she knows how awesome she is!

A great little Starbucks! I visited on an incredibly hot summer day and they had the AC full blast—WIN! The baristas are friendly and they made my drink super quickly. All in all, definitely recommend.

A welcoming spot in the city.
This Starbucks location in Edmonton stands out for all the right reasons. There’s plenty of parking, which makes it an easy and stress-free stop whether you’re meeting a friend, prepping for a meeting, or just taking a break. The service is consistently friendly, and the staff create a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to stay awhile.
Inside, there’s lots of space with a variety of seating options—comfortable chairs, communal tables, and work-friendly spots. Step outside and you’ll also find several seating areas, making it a great place to enjoy your drink on a warmer day. Whether you’re catching up on work, catching up with friends, or simply catching your breath, this location offers a calm and convenient place to do it.
Sometimes the best part of your day can be as simple as a good coffee in the right space. Keep going—you’re doing better than you think.

I ordered an iced matcha latte at the drive thru and received it with many clumps. I mentioned it kindly to the person at the window and was very aggressively told “that’s just how it comes” which is not true. This was a poorly made drink. I’ve ordered it many times and it has been probably mixed. You would think they were doing me a favour by showing up to work with the level of attitude I was given. Didn’t even offer to remake it. For an $8 drink it better be worth my money. I didn't catch the name of the person at the window but will happily provide details. I have visit this location 5 times in the last 2 weeks. I love the fact they have a wonderful selection of cups. So 5 out 5 I have purchased a mug or cup. Today was not the exception I purchased two! This store has never been the warmest, you are not greeted, you don't hear at thank you from them and honestly I do not really care about; however, I do care about the way you treat me while I am being a customer. This morning at 6:40 am, I grabbed two cold cups one from the sale section and one from the regular price. I went to the barista and I mean its 6:40, they just open and you can tell the girl, her name was Catherine, was already in a bad mood or she just for some reason decided that it was a good day to tell me with a tone and with judgy eyes: ‘ you are aware that this cup is full price correct, you have to pay full price’ I was really surprise instead of greeting me she assumed I cannot afford it. First, she asked aggressively, second, I never asked the price, third I did not look like I could not afford it. She make in her a reasoning base on what my race, my gender, or my social status, that I am an immigrant. I decided to be the adult and I said I am totally aware and proceed to order my breakfast, I wanted 3 item, well she make me repeat myself three times as she pretended that she could not understand my english. I spent in total 89 dollars, and I purchased 5 items. My hands were full already as I had my wallet, my sunglasses, and my phone. She never offered a bad to purchase. So she throw my items and I said could I please have a bag and she rolled her eyes like I was asking for the las bag in the world, and said you need to pay for this bags are u aware? Again I never asked for free things I paid for my items. So, I decided to just not reply. She looks at me and acted like she was doing me a favour and say I will give it to you however next time you pay and ask at the moment of purchasing, like wth is wrong with her! I never said I could not afford a bag. I had coins, and she gave me her back. I was really irritated when the barista in charge of the drink just put the drink in table it was half empty and cold. The mainly reason I am annoyed is because when I came to Canada, Starbucks was really nice to give me a job as a barista, 15 years ago, I know how baristas are trained as I became the trainer for more than 30 people at my store, I joined the manning store we open this store, we were told that we need to be nice to everyone no matter what as an audit can happen and just because that is expected from you being at the job. I know all the people who are in charge of this stores and this reflect so bad in the manager in charge of this store and overall starbucks.
One of the best starbucks to buy a drink here in Edmonton. Great service, taste and quality. They always make my drink perfect. 👌
Surprisingly, for a Starbucks, this one has been my best experience so far. Their drinks have always been consistent, and I have never had to ask for extra pumps of things. Their service has always been friendly. The few times I had a poor experience with wait time, it was just because they were busy, so you really cannot blame them. This has become my go to location in the north end.
If you need to read a Starbucks review to know whether they have excellent coffee, then probably shouldn't be shopping here.
Did not like the drive through but the Matcha was Awesome?
