The person working the drive through this morning should learn a thing or two about customers service and how to speak to paying customers. Not only did she give me the wrong order but she gave me the worst attitude possible. If you don’t want to deal with customers and have nice interactions maybe don’t work in customers service. Wish I could give no stars.

I have been coming to this location for just over 9 months while working down the road. Today is my last day working within the vicinity and therefore my last coffee at this shop! I walked in this morning in to find a gift with a cute message with my order, couldn't have asked for a better last day! The best part is they didn't know, it was just an appreciation from their team! Thanks to all the staff over the last 9 months, it has been the best part of most of my days ❤ cheers!

The place has a great atmosphere. And the food is actually pretty good, but I just rebel against the idea of ordering a cup of coffee and having somebody hand me the cup with no lid without the sweetener and milk inside of it and stirred for the price that they want. It's a lot easier for me to go through the drive-thru at Tim. Horton's and paid two dollars and seventeen cents for a cup of coffee mixed the way I wanted

The staff member up front made sure I was using the app correctly and charging the drinks to the gift cards so I didn't accidentally pay with debit again. My wife wanted no ice in her matcha drink but the barista came back and recommended at least a little ice to ensure the matcha didn't clump, something I was totally unaware of before but know now. Always great to learn, right? :)
Dietary restrictions: Drinks are often made without dairy as a default and for those that aren't, there's always a dairy free option to substitute in.
