Whoever the older blonde lady is working at the window today was extremely rude. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. I will not be returning to this location EVER again!

One of the workers there is extremely rude. Blonde hair, older lady (possibly manager). Zero customer service skills. Yelled at us as soon as we walked into the store that the system was down & if we wanted something to go into drive thru. When a customer inquired about a Merch product she was snappy & just said “No”. Not sure why someone would want to work an early morning shift if they can’t treat people with kindness first thing in the morning. I ended up walking out & going to a different location where I was greeted by kind workers.

If I pay 9$ a drink I expect to not be treated rudely, I could get a starter to eat somewhere for this price. Honestly this is the worst starbucks. And I used to work at Starbucks for 5 years I understand what these workers go through and how the drinks are made. I used to love it here, but they hired a lot of new staff recently. I got a drink made incorrectly today and I came back and just asked for a refund, and the person who answered got very upset and said “well your gunna have to wait your turn” kind of aggressively and I said well ya it’s a drive through? Of course I’m gunna wait my turn. They then said “well we arnt going to argue today you need to chill” and added a “ma’am” at the end. I just didn’t say anything and drove ahead to greet their manager (Rosie odonnel) with her arms crossed (tryna scrap me basically, I had to laugh). I politely explained about my drink. The manager immediately argued and said “well I can tell by looking at this drink it was made correctly but here you go” gave me the refund, no apology. This is probably #5 time they made the drink wrong over a period of 2 weeks. For the price you pay for the drinks, I can promise you it’s worth it to make the trip 4 minutes down the road to Victoria trail Starbucks that just opened. I’ve been there 9 times and they havnt made a drink wrong yet and they are so nice. The older gentleman who is also a manager has also been rude in the past, 7 months ago when they had the nitro cold brew I accidentally called it nitrous? Cold brew. And he scoffed at me at the window and said nitrous is what they use at the dentist, it’s actually nitro. (He said it in a mean snobby way for context). And my boyfriend said he also gives him major attitude on separate occasions.

This is the worst starbucks in Edmonton, from the older male who works there to some of the larger older females, they are extremely rude. They are constantly giving attitude when you ask to personalize drinks. They almost always get the order wrong, and when you ask for a new drink its like you've questioned every decision they've made in their life. Do yourself a favor and go the new location 5 min away on Victoria trail, they're better.

Sure the drinks are good but 7$ for a large coffee is highway robbery. The price posted on the board is tiny and need a magnifying glass to read so I got a tag shock when she told me the price. Wasn't just going to waste the drink but would've definitely walked away if I wasn't in drive thru. If you enjoy spending half an hour of minimum wage on a coffee, I applaud you. Also waited 10 minutes for one coffee what a joke. Lady didn't even look at me as she handed me half my life's savings in coffee an inch out the window and had to open my car door to reach it. Be better.

I go here all the time. It’s very convenient and fast. But I have to ask , what the heck did they do to all the workers? Every location I go to not just the one place the workers seem done with the job. They answer the order differently without care try and be polite at the window but man what did Starbucks do to their workers to make them miserable?

I bring my friend here a lot. The most amazing thing is pulling up to the speaker to order. And the girl already tells us what we are having and she is absolutely right. I soon realized we are not the only vehicle that they know those orders. That's the kind of service that should be given everywhere. The place is always clean.Staff is always friendly. When I feel i'm mentally mature enough, I will start buying coffee there lol

They don’t know their store policy. I asked for tap water I had Starbucks bottle already, they wanted to charge me. Also the girl in the till was super rude. They need to be retrained

Very disappointed with the experience my sister-in-law had at the Starbucks on 5028 - 127 Ave. She went in with her dog, not realizing pets weren’t allowed. Instead of being politely informed, she was rudely told to leave and wasn’t even allowed to place an order unless she left the dog outside. We completely understand that there are policies around animals, but there’s no excuse for the disrespectful attitude she was met with. Customer service should be about clear communication and kindness—not making someone feel unwelcome or embarrassed. We won’t be returning to this location.

Decided to drive thru amidst my early Saturday a.m rush to work. Sat by the order screen for minutes, waiting for someone to attend to my order but to no avail. So i decided to drive forward by the window, hoping to catch someone's attention. Four people were inside, saw me but no one cared to come to the window and atleast talk to me, instruct me how to proceed or simply know why i was there. I just drove away to catch up my 6:30 work start.

Jacquie is the best there is! She knows my name and knows how I like my coffee every morning! My mom and I go to the same Starbucks for coffee and we have raved about her to eachother. I always miss her when she isn’t at the window. I hope she sees this so she knows how awesome she is!

A great little Starbucks! I visited on an incredibly hot summer day and they had the AC full blast—WIN! The baristas are friendly and they made my drink super quickly. All in all, definitely recommend.
