Went there before a meeting, so kind of in a hurry. First the cashier didn't ask my name but write one on my cup. Then after paying and waiting for my drink, there were two guys came several people after me talked to the girl who were making drinks and after they paid they got their drinks immediately, right in front of my eyes. And I got mine minutes after. So not satisfied with their service at all.

Visited at 7:08, 22 minutes before scheduled closing time and was served with “ oh we have washed all (two or three) espresso machines, I can’t steam milk or anything,” cleaning a single espresso machine takes about 10 mins, these people were pretty much prepared to shut the doors almost 30 mins early!!!! Very disappointed! I thought Starbucks would hold higher standards rather than refusing to serve basics (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc.) 30 minutes before closing time.

The service was fine…but the espresso drinks were terrible. It seemed like the coffe beans were over roasted. It wasn’t only one time, but everytime. I ordered same drinks from starbucks in different location and tasted really good.
