I had a carrot muffin and a tea. I find it hard to believe that I could not have get a plain cup of tea they had all flavoured teas I asked for just plain black tea. The girl behind the counter was having a difficult time understanding what I was asking. So I just said yes to the next tea she pointed to. I ask what ever happened to just plain black tea or coffee these days

Parking: I’m not sure about the parking. I did not look around at the parking. I was walking with a wheelchair. There was however, plenty of parking there and handicap parking available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Sliding glass doors that open as you walk towards them easiest doors I got into in Edmonton

Baristas were nice and very apologetic but the guy barista was not my favourite person. I ordered a caramel crunch cap made with oat milk and specified that I’m lactose intolerant so no foam (whip). Drink came out and thing was covered in whip cream, now I know it was not the lady’s fault as she was the one who made it because I looked at the labeling on the drink and it was only specified that it was made with oat milk. Neither did I hear any clarification or communication from the guy to the girl that there was a lactose allergy whatsoever. Not only did I order the drink but I ordered a turkey provolone sandwich and he just took the order without checking if they had it in stock?!

Was waiting ten minutes for my drink to be fixed and the guy was just staring at me until the drink came out to me and told me that they didn’t even have the sandwich in the first place, I had a bad day from the second I woke up till now and I understand what it’s like to be in that position where you know you f’ed up and feel guilty but that feeling is not going to go away ten minutes from now or twenty or however long you wait. He seemed like a nice guy but my god was he dense in that moment. He didn’t even offer me a refund he just asked what else I wanted from the sandwiches menu. Then when I chose a different option.. THEY DONT HAVE THAT IN STOCK EITHER SO NOW IM STUCK WITH A BORING SANDWICH I DONT EVEN LIKE. I WOULDVE GIVEN MORE OF A FIGHT BUT HONESTLY I HAD NO ENERGY IN THE MOMENT.

Now any other day I would have been pissed but not this pissed I guess they caught me on an off day but my god I just wanted my turkey provolone sandwich.

Most of the time I never write a bad review. But this time it pissed me off. I visited them a million times and never had a bad experience until today. My coffee was good as usual. That girl that made it 10/10. But that croissant…
My coffee was ready so fast as it was literally me and one lady. That Indian girl is something….. She was dealing with my croissant. I get it, it’s not busy but it doesn’t mean that customers not rushing. I was waiting for my croissant for ever. I always patient and trying to understand everyone but that is unrespectful. The only thing she neeeded to do is to warm it up. I was rushing as I have class. And I got my order at the same time as 3 people after me. She was so slow… the time when I thought that my order almost ready. I saw she was just taking croissant from the fridge. I feel like she did that on purpose as she doesn’t care. That’s not fair, there are a lot of people who willing to work. I’m really disappointed first time in 4 years at that Starbucks.

The drinks I got here were horrible. The first time I got a matcha and they made completely wrong. But I decided about a week or 2 later I would give it another try, so I got a frappe and my god I didn’t know it was possible to ruin this drink as horribly as they did. The lady making it did not even know how to make it, mind you I got 2 drinks and both were horrible. I’m a student so i love my coffee but I couldn’t even drink either of these drinks. Overall just horrible.

This has to be the worst starbucks ive ever gone to! I have gone there the past three times and every. single. order has been wrong! And the last two times i have gone over my order VERY clearly for the guy at the cash and they still managed to get it wrong. it's laughable.

I just got a Matcha Latte from this starbucks, took my last sip and felt something slimy in my mouth. I take it out and look, it’s a literal chunk of raw chicken. Absolutely disgusting as well as a food safety issue

Went here on Wednesday at around 10 AM. Right off the bat I noticed that nearly all of the employees were new hires who didn’t know what was going on, and they constantly looked confused. One employee blew up a drink because she forgot to put the lid on the blender.

I ordered a venti hot caramel macchiato with two pumps of vanilla syrup and two pumps of pumpkin, a spiced apple croissant, and a venti Pike with three cream. They gave me the Pike and it was basically black so I asked for more cream. Then they came out with an iced caramel macchiato when I asked for it hot, so I repeated my order once again.

I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my croissant which it turned out wasn’t even in the microwave yet, I had to ask for it twice. Eventually when I got it, the woman gave me attitude and told me if I’ve been waiting this long I should let them know. I don’t know her name but she was wearing a beige blazer. This woman should not be working in the customer service industry. Nasty look plastered on her face all the time and just being rude to everyone.

So in the span of 20 minutes I got two drinks wrong and an attitude.

The baristas are relatively polite but they make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I order. They are also not good at making the drinks. I always get a lemonade refresher drink when the weather is hot, and I even asked for EXTRA lemonade to see if that would help, they cut it with a bunch of water rather than just go get more lemonade. They either need more competent staff or a better person to do training. Even with how low quality the drinks are it takes minimum 10 mins for a LEMONADE to come out. Not happy.

They got my order wrong yesterday morning, didn’t bother to get it fixed because the people working there are always looking confused and are rude. Tried again this morning, order was correct but the woman was so rude for no reason. Couldn’t even hear half of what she was asking because she kept mumbling. This place needs to hire people who are capable of decent customer service.

This is the worst starbucks, they always make your order wrong. Except few baristas all are super rude. How hard it is to make a drink with oat milk and no whip? But no they would never make a right drink🫠 and no points also
