These employees are complete rockstars for handling the rushes they get with all the students. A little while back I came by and ordered my drink, I paid and walked over to Griffins Landing to grab some food and COMPLETELY forgot about my drink. 3 hours later after studying and finishing class I realized what I had done. I went back and explained the situation and they happily re-made my drink for me even though it was my fault. Having a little bit of grace towards these employees...
I had a carrot muffin and a tea. I find it hard to believe that I could not have get a plain cup of tea they had all flavoured teas I asked for just plain black tea. The girl behind the counter was having a difficult time understanding what I was asking. So I just said yes to the next tea she pointed to. Happy that we have a Starbucks on campus, but the baristas can be super rude sometimes and the wait time is unbelievable. There’s no consistency about whether or not we can pay with the app. I’ve paid with the app sometimes, but I feel like it depends on the barista.
