very shamed I have give review but I have my right some of you employee being rude and giving me attitude if they don't like this job there quit retired get better job there happy or go vacation no need be rude and attitude you costumer especially when someone works Costco I never give disrespect or being rude or give attitude to members or costumer its really shame about it anyways you all always problem me for nothing it's okay but not be nice more worst people that alright I don't understand anymore have lovley day lucky

I asked for some tap water for my medication. They told me that they can’t give me any water unless I order something due to new policy. This is unethical and inconsiderate service. I will be complaining to the head office.

I have to give this Starbucks a top review. I visited on Friday, and it was like a visit to a Starbucks of the “good old days”. It was spotlessly clean, cool on a hot day & the staff were really friendly.
I was asked if wanted the coffee in store or to go, and had it served in a nice glass to sit out on the patio. I know it sounds basic, but I can’t remember the last time a barista asked me that and actually offered a mug or glass!
If I didn’t need to pick a friend up from airport, I’d have happily sat there all evening.

Ordered my drink as usual not my usual Starbucks...made drink wrong added way to much strawberry puree ...drink was a disappointment! So I will stick with my original starbucks

Walked in today to grab a coffee, asked for a glass of water later on and the lady name komal or kamal literally threw the glass on the counter and walked away making comments. I asked for the manager and this lady was making faces at back, absolutely unapologetic about her behaviour towards people.
If you dont like your job quit it.
I have never ran into this human being before nor have i ever experienced behaviour like this before.

Stopped by to get a birthday drink for my girlfriend. We had already active account. Promotion didn’t show up on their end and refused us the bday drink. We offered to show the ID. But guy on driver thru window says no. Drinks and made and sitting there could have just given it to make it a better experience. No apologize offered. No bday wishes offered. Not asking for a lot just basic civil formality. I have worked Starbucks myself in the past and I know this isn’t acceptable

I’ve always had good experiences at Starbucks, but today was genuinely upsetting. I went to the store around 12:25 PM and ordered a spicy falafel pocket. Instead, I was given chicken — which is unacceptable, especially since I’m a vegetarian.
I called the store at 12:52 PM to inform them about the mistake. Unfortunately, the person who answered didn’t apologize — not even once. She didn’t seem to care at all about the seriousness of the issue or how it affected me.
This isn’t just about a refund. It’s about respecting someone’s dietary choices and showing basic empathy. I was on my short break from work and now can’t eat anything because I can’t leave again. The mistake and the lack of care really ruined my day.
Mistakes happen, but how you respond makes all the difference. Sadly, the response I received today was careless and dismissive.

*** AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS *** They have Pin Pad issues - they will charge you but will not give you what you paid for OR a receipt ! I called my bank on the spot and the bank verified the charge was made - and I showed the manager on my app that I WAS charged. Seemed to make no difference to him at all - he could have cared less (the manager) Sandeep will give you a BS response how "the machine didn't give a receipt so you have to WAIT 3-5 business days for the system to reverse the charges" ! Guess what no REFUND from their end - after FIVE days. I did try to call the manager Sandeep several times - he was never "available" when I called the store NOR does he answer his phone ! Called corporate what a waste of time that was ! ALL they tell you to do is "call your bank to dispute the charge we cannot do anything" (NOR can they call a customer back ! I found that out the hard way UNREAL ! Its like they are PURPOSEFULLY trying to rip off a customer while not taking any responsibility for ANYTHING. Corporate personally seems more interested in their stupid "rewards" program than actually looking into issues customers have at the locations. I have been ripped off $ 43.03 So I beg you good people unless you pay in CASH do NOT waste your time and money at this crap USELESS location ! NO ONE will help you ! Modern day THIEVERY where they take your money and give you NOTHING you PAID for !! Buyer BEWARE !!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS LOOCATION.

I can understand paying more for higher quality, but it’s not. Better service, it’s not. At least Tim Horton’s cuts my bagel for me and spreads the cheese so I don’t need to in the vehicle.
