*** AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS *** They have Pin Pad issues - they will charge you but will not give you what you paid for OR a receipt ! I called my bank on the spot and the bank verified the charge was made - and I showed the manager on my app that I WAS charged. Seemed to make no difference to him at all - he could have cared less (the manager) Sandeep will give you a BS response how "the machine didn't give a receipt so you have to WAIT 3-5 business days for the system to reverse the charges" ! Guess what no REFUND from their end - after FIVE days. I did try to call the manager Sandeep several times - he was never "available" when I called the store NOR does he answer his phone ! Called corporate what a waste of time that was ! ALL they tell you to do is "call your bank to dispute the charge we cannot do anything" (NOR can they call a customer back ! I found that out the hard way UNREAL ! Its like they are PURPOSEFULLY trying to rip off a customer while not taking any responsibility for ANYTHING. Corporate personally seems more interested in their stupid "rewards" program than actually looking into issues customers have at the locations. I have been ripped off $ 43.03 So I beg you good people unless you pay in CASH do NOT waste your time and money at this crap USELESS location ! NO ONE will help you ! Modern day THIEVERY where they take your money and give you NOTHING you PAID for !! Buyer BEWARE !!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS LOOCATION.

I can understand paying more for higher quality, but it’s not. Better service, it’s not. At least Tim Horton’s cuts my bagel for me and spreads the cheese so I don’t need to in the vehicle.

I come here just about EVERY morning before work since I work in the outlet mall.. my FAV people ❤️ they make everyday so special for me, i order just about the same thing everyday and almost everyone has my order just about memorized and always write me little notes on my coffee and the sweetest people ever!!! I never get their names or I forget, but the Blondie especially is absolutely the sweetest and even when she doesn’t work drive through she always tries to say hi!! Or the girl who use to have red hair always so sweet to me and talks to me about work or compliments me!! But overall everyone there makes every day so special and what I look forward too every morning no matter who is working!

Walked in the other day to get a few gift cards, I had multiple orders for drinks too and they were understanding- the whole team was kind and conversing with everybody. Multi-tasking with ease.

Manager is the worst! I recently visited your Starbucks store and unfortunately had a consistently negative experience. On two separate occasions, the manager inaccurately processed my order despite clear instructions. Additionally, when I politely addressed the errors, the manager responded with unnecessary aggression, which left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.As a loyal customer, I value efficient service and professionalism, both of which were lacking during my visits. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially from a managerial figure who should set a positive example for the team. The Baristas were all friendly and welcoming, the manager should learn from them.

Manager/Supervisor middle aged male was rude to his coworkers/staff. He took our order with bad customer service and 2/3 drinks were wrong (hot instead of iced)
