Yells at trainees and expects them to know everything in 2-3 days. If she asks you something and you give her a wrong answer, she will shout at you and will make you feel like you're dumb. SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TRAIN! Training with her will drain you out, coz she never listens especially when she's in the wrong. She thinks she's always right and will reason out nonstop even if you show her the standard recipe cards that Starbucks follow. She makes her own recipes and expects everyone to follow it without getting confused. She never followed standards and will scold you if you don't follow it. She will even give snarky sarcastic comments about you if she gets irritated. And the thing is, SHE IS ALWAYS IRRITATED AND ANNOYED. She's mad at even the simplest thing and shames you, at the record book where everyone can read it or in front of everyone by yelling at you even if there's a customer. Some customer definitely felt uncomfortable with such scene that just to make her stop yapping, the customer just ended up choosing what she was insisting instead of item they originally ordered. Never have I ever encountered a manager that doesn't know how to be a manager at all. And funny thing? Even if you complain her to higher ups, she will just reason out and just go back to her abusive narcissistic behaviour and would even treat you worse because "you're making up stories just to ruin her" and the higher ups just don't do anything about it. So for your own personal benefit, don't waste time here. You can go find a better employer and manager that wouldn't belittle you and would acknowledge your rights as a person and would never yell at you.

Ordered a Venti cold brew with sweet cream. Looks like the girl ran out of cold brew, so she put my about a cup of water straight from the tap into my coffee. Then she pulled out a container of cream from the fridge and poured it on top without blending. Tastes exactly what I thought it would taste like, coffee flavored water.She seemed to be way too concentrated on having conversation with a friend on the other side of the counter than my drink. Not impressed.
