I’ve been getting the Iced Matcha Latte here for a while, and it’s usually great. But today, I ordered with less Ice, and when I saw the barista make it, she added half tap water, a little milk, and barely any matcha. The drink was watery and didn’t taste good. I ended up throwing away. Really disappointing…

The guy with the Mohawk and piercing in his ear needs to chill. Barking at customers and yelling is not the vibe. I'm a woman and don't even act that sassy. There's no reason for any of that arrogance. Bad for business!

Always quick and friendly. :) Went in with my Star Trek costume for Hallowe'en and the staff was so sweet lol.
Hot chocolate was okay. Staff was really busy. Kinda loud in the store

Oct 31/24 Came here & ordered a grande cappuccino with an apple croissant which was made great & the warmed up croissant made it even better. Tegan was great & so was the overall service, can’t wait to come back even when I need to charge up my scooter when in the area
The Starbucks experience is sometimes a hit and miss, Kris is great but she needs to pay attention to what the customer is adding to their drink order, as the service gets better so will my review
