Actually, the situation is terrible. This morning I wanted to buy a coffee, and I was there at 7:03 AM. They open at 7:00, but I was told to wait 10–15 minutes because they needed to turn on the coffee machine. And it’s always like that when that girl is working. But when other employees are working, they make coffee at 7:00 without any problems.

Horrible location(inside of a Safeway in a mall) so the parking was terrible and it was convoluted getting to the counter(unfamiliar location) but the drinks were great and there was lots of selection for the food items that we were interested in (cake pops for the 4 yo...lol) service was good. So no real complaints.

I came for shopping at the Safeway and I said to myself I didn't my morning coffee so I ordered a grande coffee and starbucks was closing in 15 minutes. But Shi Wei served me with a lot of respect and care and did an outstanding service, she took her time to make me a pour over(drip coffee) I was more than satisfied with Shi Wei. She is awesome I give Shi Wei more than 5 stars. I m yes coming back for this location.

These workers are so underrated, they are super sweet, helpful and understanding. I called in just the other day I was looking for the glow in the dark green slime cup and the gentleman said someone just returned one, so i asked if he could keep it for me so after i was done with work i could buy it and he was more than happy to assist.When I went, the nicest lady was there and she kept it behind their desk for me!!!Outstanding customer service, very friendly, probably one of the best grocery store starbucks!!!!! Thank you again for keeping it for me!
