i normally get starbucks from here all the time and it’s perfect. But i am disappointed today. I got my matcha and there are chunks in the bottom, i believe it is matcha powder so i don’t mind. But to make sure i took small sips to see what the chunks were, and there were these brown paper chunks as well as white chunks that are not matcha powder. I am really disappointed because this is something to do with my health and it just wasn’t taken care of.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE IN THE LAST LITTLE WHILE ?? Service has gone downhill fast ! Staff working at a snails pace , spending more time chatting meanwhile there’s a line up in drive thru and seating area . “Ryan” works at a snails pace looking totally disengaged , leaning against the counter chatting it up with the girls .
This was never an issue , clearly different management now .
Do better !

They make my drinks perfectly every single time.
What really stood out during my most recent visit was one of the baristas, I think her name was Sophie. She was calling out customers’ names while making the drinks, not just when handing them off. It made the whole experience feel so personal and welcoming while waiting. That small gesture really made a difference and showed good customer service.

Came in through the drive thru this morning and ordered a caramel macchiato. The drink was missing the flavouring and tasted really really bad.

Wwantwd to get turkey bacon sandwich this Saturday, Jan 17. The way sandwich was made, looked like someone processed it already. Showed one of the employees, and readhead employee rolled her eyes at me saying that's the sandwich I ordered and I have all the turkey bacon sandwich ingredients in that bag. I gave the bag back to her requesting new one to be made, she was so pissed and rude and kept rolling her eyes. Another employee jumped in and made me a sandwich.

Very rude staff! They match wits with customers thinking they’re better than everyone else. This place is a hell hole. A very bad vibes so not going back again!

While the atmosphere is nice and the actual location is convenient and was a location I go to quite often, I will not be returning to this location unless the management changes. Too many mistakes when the baristas put too much ice in drinks that the cup is completely filled with ice when the label clearly says light ice. When you ask the barista to take out the ice when you asked for light ice and paid almost $7 for a singular venti sized drink, they’re quite snotty and rude because they don’t want to admit they’re wrong. They cheap out on putting in whipped cream for the holiday lattes when the latte comes with whipped cream, and are stingy when it comes to redeeming points. For the past few years I’ve gone to this location, I will no longer be coming back because the service is awful resulting in products lacking quality. This location has slowly deteriorated leaving my family unsatisfied with the service of a billion dollar company who charges an arm and a leg for a singular coffee and the baristas can’t even be bothered to say a nice “have a good day” and fill your cup with ice to the rim when you asked for light ice politely. It’s too bad that the location on Ellerslie near Southbrook closed because I’d mich prefer that this location shut down and take the extra few minute drive over there for better quality and nicer service. I’ll be taking an extra 10 minute drive to receive better quality and service from another Starbucks location since this location no longer understands what light ice means when paying for a $7 drink.

I just ordered here, and the experience was absolutely horrible. The drive-through was broken, so they told me to come inside. It was very early in the morning, and the staff were extremely rude for no reason!!!

I ordered a venti plain hot chocolate. The sticker clearly said “venti hot chocolate,” but they gave me coffee instead!! and I do not drink coffee. This is a basic order, and they still messed it up.

Completely unacceptable service and zero attention to customers. I am very disappointed with this location.

Do not come here unless you want rude staff and an order done wrong.

Place is slowly going down hill. Pretty much every drink order lately has been wrong and it’s a very simple order. Also When you ask very little nice I shouldn’t get a cup full
