The price of coffee is much more reasonable now. Store is always clean bright. Good service as well.

After reading the last review on here I thought it was important to share my experience since I didn’t exactly like how the manager handled the situation. Sounds like the same Asian lady at this store location showcased racism towards myself a paying customer that comes to this location quite a bit. When I walked in, this Asian employee was cheerfully speaking with a table of white men and when she was done I asked her a question about my cat that was waiting for me outside in the heat. I was met with major attitude and disgust in her face when she answered my question, and than I mentioned I was in a rush to get my order placed. She then stood there slowly putting on her apron as her staff asked her if she was going to help me and she looked me up and down and said NO with a mean look on her face and went and did something else. Right away another staff member obviously saw how wrong that was to treat me like that and jumped to take my order. This upset me as a customer while waiting for my order so I left to go outside to compose myself. My drink order was wrong and I had to return to get it fixed but when I came back the same Asian lady was giving me major attitude when I was looking for my order that did not have my name on it so I didn’t know if it was mine. That’s when I asked to speak with the manager because I had enough of this treatment from this Asian employee who was the sweetest most helpful person to the white man standing behind me in the line. When I was telling the manager my experience of what had just happened she was defensive, and I can understand she wants to advocate for her store and employees but in that moment she should’ve listened instead of defending behaviours she did not witness. I explained to her that I felt this was race motivated and immediately started to defend that because the manager said she’s Indigenous, however she should know we were talking about another individuals actions which are not the Indigenous managers beliefs. The manager did say she was going to speak with her employees but this is not the first time this employee has showed this disrespectful behaviour towards customers who are people of colour. Hopefully Starbucks gets their employees some cultural training because they are about to lose my business and others for good.

My review was deleted, however, I wanted to emphasize Hannah's artitud, it's awesome and one of the best Baristas over there. Discover the rest of boys and girls, great people and pure love. Also the drinks are way more delicious in this location including the atmosphere. Cheers, keep up the good work!.

Absolutely horrible management. That woman's customer service is terrible. She is rude to customers and chases us down to buy drinks because of the new customer policy - even when we already bought a drink, finished it and threw it away. If you ask her for anything like close the blinds, she gets rude. I used to come here as my favourite starbucks but with her, I hate going here. This lady needs to go.
Starbucks allows racism to happen in its stores.
We have been regular customers at the 11821 26 Ave SW location, often recognized by staff who even speak to our baby. We recently purchased a Starbucks travel mug here, further showing our loyalty.
On August 22 around 10:45 a.m., after patiently waiting for a mobile order, the “supervisor” approached us. Instead of coming over to apologize for the long delay, asking for our order information, or even saying “sorry, what’s your order?”, she introduced herself as a supervisor and questioned why we were in the Starbucks at all, as if a Black family with a baby had no right to be there. The supervisor in question was an Asian woman, which makes it even more baffling and disappointing to experience such behaviour from someone who should understand the harm of discrimination.
This was discriminatory, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Racism does not always appear in obvious forms, sometimes it looks exactly like this. And before anyone tries the tired excuse that “Black people are always complaining,” understand this: we don’t want to be treated differently, we just expect to be treated equally. Calling out mistreatment is not “complaining”, it’s holding businesses accountable.
We are officially done with Starbucks. And if you can read this and still choose to give them your money, you’re complicit in enabling this behaviour.

Decent customer service, and prompt with making drinks. Parking lot is a little tight at times as DT line up tangles up with it. Nice patio area.

Always happy faces along with the morning coffee, the staff is super friendly
This location is the worst Starbucks, I think. It ALWAYS takes basically 20 min. to get my orders dispite it is not that busy. ALWAYS.
I just picked up my coffee and asked for a cup of water and got annoyed by the drive thru employee. Why should I feel bad about the Starbucks employee's rude attitude in the morning? I have been drinking coffee at the Heritage branch every day for 8 years. Sometimes there are baristas with bad attitudes, they are not fit for Heritage.
Beware of short and older Asian women
I ask for light ice and… I think I got extra ice
