This location is the worst Starbucks, I think. It ALWAYS takes basically 20 min. to get my orders dispite it is not that busy. ALWAYS.

I just picked up my coffee and asked for a cup of water and got annoyed by the drive thru employee. Why should I feel bad about the Starbucks employee's rude attitude in the morning? I have been drinking coffee at the Heritage branch every day for 8 years. Sometimes there are baristas with bad attitudes, they are not fit for Heritage.

I am happy that this is my nearest Starbucks; this is one of the best Starbucks locations in terms of staff interactions. Everyone I have interacted with was friendly and actually engaged with my interactions. They are also very accommodating towards my needs and packaged my order so it wouldn't spill while my bike. I highly recommend this location.

I have been client from Starbucks for many many years, This location in Heritage Valley in Sw Edmonton the Philippine girl was so rude. I brought inside my companion dog and this server lady started to tell me it is not allow to bring inside dogs. First of all, I wasn’t plan to stay inside and didn’t ask me for my permission card. I have never felt unwelcome and didn’t give treat to my dog as usually every Starbucks giving to him.Management team is it possible you can trainee properly at your staff?
