Went in for a delivery pick up, had to wait unnecessarily because of the poor management. Everything was ready to be bagged but they were serving other customers who came after me. When I told the same thing to the guy packing the order, Supervisor Kate-Lyn told me that I should not tell the guy how to do his job and to wait patiently instead. I was already waiting patiently for a long time.
I'm not sure if they treat other customers the same way or it just happened because I was a driver picking up food for someone else. I had a similar experience at this location in the past but just wanted to share it this time.

Iām a regular at this Starbucks, everyday for 3 years. All I can say is Iām so DONE. I came in through drive thru the lady was so rude first off with her tone. Second we asked for a pup cup, she got one came to the window & said ānext time we need to see a dog to give you oneā we said why ? She said āwe need to make sure itās for the dogsā š like what !? We live a min away & give are dogs the cup. We said can we pay for it ? She said āitās complicatedā what the heck !?!? This is now the third time Iāve had issues with this person. Also we looked online & thatās not a Starbucks rule nor policy. Funny thing is I worked for Starbucks for 4 year & know thatās not even a thing! Needless to say I will never be back. I guess I canāt even buy a short cup of whip cream for myself even! š
Terrific Starbucks in Heritage valley. Made it a frequent haunt for work and leisure whilst visiting family In Edmonton.
Friendly staff encouraged me to try the 'London Fog' tea - fantastic.
Many thanks Loveluy and crew - made my trip that much richer š

Iāve been a regular customer at this location for a while and have noticed the service going down. Sometimes the music is so loud that you can barely hear what the cashier is saying and it is SO COLD that youāre sniffling your nose. I went in today as well and the cashier (Diana, blonde) was so unwelcoming. Did not even acknowledge me when I said hi and just proceeded to stare at me until I told her my order. Sighed when I had a second drink to order. Hopefully the management resolves these issues because as a customer I shouldnāt been unwelcome when Iām paying you.

I visit this location often, it can be very busy but the team does thier best to get to each customer in a timely manner. The manager is very nice and on the ball here! If you dont have time to wait during thier busier times, I highly reccomend to order ahead on the mobile app.

My favorite Starbucks location. Gets the most sunlight coming into the shop in the mornings because of how the shop is situated.
What has happened to the customer service the last few months. Picking up delivery orders has been a horrible experience.. Terrible , excessive wait times . 20 mins today I waited for an order . Staff was so slow , especially the young Indian guy . Need to do better , drivers donāt paid by the hour .

Ordered a venti iced matcha latte and almost half of the drink was foam. Called them regarding the order but they said it was not their fault and they told me to come back and they can remake it. I was already at work and this is very inconvenient. Did not even offer me a free drink. So disappointed.

Working on the roof of the building across the street on a hot day. I was hoping to come in & get my water bottle refilled but the cashier at the front refused to serve me & refill my water. I left without complaints but itās upsetting that the Starbucks girls here in the south arenāt as nice as the ones in the west.

OMG š²... they have the best lemon loaf š! It tastes just like the way my mom used to bake it! Another fav of mine is the ham and Swiss baguette...use the Dijon mustard for dipping...it's absolutely heavenly. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is my go-thru place for an amazing black iced tea with lemonade, a perfect drink to cool off the hot summer nights and their cafĆ© mocha to keep you warm in the winter months.
