I visit several Starbucks locations in the city, and this one inside the Westmount Safeway is conveniently close to my gym. It Isn’t overly exuberant but service is consistent. I also appreciate that they don’t prompt for a tip at checkout—not because I’m unwilling to tip, but it’s nice not to feel pressured sometimes. I stick to my usual order: a half-sweet caramel macchiato. On chilly days like today, I make sure to get it extra hot.

Service was awful, they didn’t know how to make a white chocolate frappe??? And I ordered croissants and they’re FROZEN they took it straight out of the freezer. Never coming back here again

New lady working does not know how to make drinks. Very weak coffee fraps, almost no coffee flavour. I also asked for hazelnut flavouring, there is no taste of it at all. She did not offer to fix it, horrible.
20 minute wait is way to long for a cold brew. This location needs more staff.

I recently visited Starbucks, and I had a decent experience. The coffee was good, the baristas were friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. My only small complaint is that the prices can be a bit high for a couple coffees ★★★★☆
