Love this location because of the staff! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the workers. Service was quick, workers are so incredibly kind, only downside is you cant collect points!

Very rude and inefficient staff. They don't even understand the orders. I have been there 5-6 times and most of the times they messed up my orders. And didn't even apologize. They should learn how to treat customers with respect.

Used to work here, very unprofessional and rude coworkers. Faced discrimination because of my ethnicity. This is not the actual Starbucks, it is under Aramark. So the rules are weird. Very bad manager and poor training.
Corporation operated Starbucks is awesome! They are very supportive and great environment to work in. They treat customers too with respect.

Really slow staff, about 10 of us waiting for drinks but there are three staff (for comparison the CCIS Starbucks has about the same staff and move quickly). None of the baked goods are ready, still defrosting so maybe they weren't taken out in time? Overall this location does not move at the efficiency needed for a to go coffee spot or University spot.

I accidentally spilt my Frappuccino just this morning , and I am(still)very sorry about that. But this kind lady saw me spill it on the counter, and kindly told me she would make another one for me! Very kind service?

Ever since Iran started working here, it has become my favorite Starbucks shop. She and all the staff working for her are wonderful people who work hard and fast and make sure you are happy as a customer. Genuinely lovely people. As long as the staff remain this good, I highly recommend this place.

I paid more than $3 for an espresso shot and got 1/2 or 1/3 of what I would expect an "espresso shot" to be: just a little bit of espresso on the very bottom of the cup. It was done very fast too, perhaps they split one espresso shot between several customers. The taste wasn't good either. Not coming there again.
