I love the inside of a Starbucks. Cozy feel, good amount of seating. I always use the mobile ordering just makes it faster as this location gets quite busy especially during the holidays. Iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso is my new favorite drink. Try it with the salted caramel cold foam SO good!!

I noticed the person making the drink decided to double cup it so they wouldn’t need to wipe the mess outside the cup. I still needed to ask for napkins in the drive through as the double cupping just forced the spillage to ooze at the rim… annoying.
It’s wild how even drive-thrus are asking for tips now. Starbucks is already expensive, and on top of that, they flip the screen around asking for more. It feels awkward to say no, even when you’re just picking up a drink. I’ve decided I will never go to these two locations: Starbucks, 16565 97 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5X 6A9 Starbucks, 16815 127 St, Edmonton, AB T5X 0H4 I only give tips when someone truly goes above and beyond — when their service touches my heart and soul — not when they expect tips while showing attitude.

I have been hoping to get a survey from Starbucks instead of having to post publicly, but it's so random when you get them. I am a frequent patron of this location (minimum 1x/week, always drive thru). On 3 separate occasions, with 3 different drinks, I have received my drink without any sweetener/syrup in it. Once a PSL, once a matcha, and once a CDL. Each time, I have driven away to my destination before realizing this mistake. Different staff make different mistakes, but this location may need to improve their communication about whose responsibility it is to prep a cup before pouring espresso and milk. I'll be holding up the line to check my drinks moving forward, hope nobody minds.
