In the last 2-3 months this location has had the worst afternoon/evening staff in the drive through. Sitting at the window for 15 minutes is slightly ridiculous…. Daytime and morning team is always amazing and very efficient! And they write the sweetest notes.

It's wild how even drive-thrus are pushing for tips now. Starbucks is already pricey, and on top of that, they flip the screen around asking for more. It almost feels awkward to say no, even though you're just picking up a drink.

I received quick and friendly drive-thru service at this Starbucks location today. I had ordered a latte via the mobile app. There were 4 cars in front of me at the drive-thru, but it took less than 5 minutes to receive my order. Very satisfied with the efficiency!

What a nice place ! And what a nice people working there ! So professional, friendly and helpful !! I came to this Starbucks today with my wife and daughter. The kid accidentally dropped her hot chocolate and it split all over the place The guys working here said it’s ok, they clean the place and offered another hot chocolate for free ! I really appreciate how people oriented they are

Ordered in drive through they made my drink wrong. took it inside and the sweetest blonde woman (didnt get her name) happily remade my drink for me after coworkers told her they did in fact made it right. blonde woman made it right and made my birthday better, October 26 2:30pm. thank u babe

BLASTING LOUD MUSIC!! I came here multiple times and EVERY SINGLE time they have the music turned up like its a club.Never going their again. No other starbucks I have ever been to do that.

I had ordered ahead on the app. When I arrived my order wasn't there. The barista immediately offered to make me my drink at no charge. He was very friendly and generous despite how busy the location was.

The Asian fellow was rude as eff. This was Tuesday evening. They were out of some ingredients, he never informed me after I ordered. He cocked a bunch of attitude at me when I questioned him, and then he walked away from me. Will not be returning. Would not recommend.
