Sadly Starbucks has closed the indoor one near my house, so I can't frequent Starbucks often. The service was top-notch. Since they don't have many indoor Starbucks in the northern part of Edmonton like before it would be nice to have more seating available at this

Wnt to the drive thru and ordered a venti Cap. After I paid and tipped . I was handed a half empty cup. I asked the girl why it felt so light and she said it was because of all the foam. Now I realize that caps come with brother milk, however this was ridiculous. I complained a little ( not rudely at all), but then told the girl to have a good day and proceeded to leave the drive thru window, I then heard the girl say " find another place". Is this really who you want at your window? I paid 10 bucks for a 1/4 cup. Shameful.

The pretty brunette girl who called me boo & said she added extra matcha on top because she knows I love my matcha made my day so much she even asked if the drink looks right it looked amazing and tasted even better!! Love her she did it so perf & was so kind and chill I love her she made me drink beyond perfect and made my whole morning .<3

Bought 3 specialty drinks. One was 1/4 empty, one was missing over 1/3 of the cup. At $7 a coffee, we should at least get our cups worth. Never seen this at a Starbucks.

Everytime I make a mobile order I show up and the door is locked and they refuse to bring it to me and make me go through the drive thru. What’s the point of a mobile order if they still make me wait through the drive thru. Terrible store it’s so frustrating.
