One of the busier Starbucks locations I visit, and it’s clear why. This West Edmonton Starbucks is always clean, well-staffed, and run by a highly professional and efficient team. The drive-through is busy but moves quickly thanks to their great organization. There is a supervisor present, but they are rarely needed because the staff handles everything so smoothly. A well-run store that truly serves the surrounding neighborhood well.

I had a disappointing experience at this place. The customer service was terrible, and unfortunately, Lea’s attitude was a big part of it. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, and when I asked for water, I was questioned if I had been there before. To top it off, she pointed out the cheapest item on the menu without much effort to engage or assist in a friendly manner. It was clear she wasn’t enjoying her job, and that made the entire experience unpleasant. I wanted to order my regular go to, but with the type of service I received, I lost my appetite.

Good coffee. The ambiance is great. This location is in the west end of West Edmonton Mall inside the Indigo book store. The service was great and the coffee ☕️ hot and flavourful. There was seating available when we came but it was busy.

And this was meant to be a latte. I haven’t visited as often as I have but every time I do I get this. Would have been better off getting a brewed coffee with a splash of bubbly milk I can make on my own.
I spent almost 30 dollars for drinks about my kids today Saturday 21 December. Their quality was bad. Their tables was so durty. There was not anyone to clean their tables. A lot of money for carbage. Drinks and sweets with chemical ingredients! Also I requested a cup of water and they told me order and pay for a bottle. I regret spending my money to this store. I will not go to any Starbucks store in my life!!!!!!!!!
Wait time is too long, the screen shows in alphabetical order not the order list. Who knows if they service better tipping customers first?

A standard and typical Starbucks. Nothing too special besides a bookstore that is merged with Starbucks.
Vegetarian options: I think there are some vegetarian options there, but I think they are pretty limited.
Dietary restrictions: There are some dietary restrictions. I just think these options are quite limited.
Parking: What parking are we talking about? I just want to get some points here. Obviously, there isn't any parking on the 2nd floor.
Kid-friendliness: Full kid-friendly, but I don't advise bringing your kids here. It's more of a working atmosphere Starbucks.
Wheelchair accessibility: Full 100% wheelchair accessibility. The only issue is that the mall itself isn't so wheelchair accessible. Starbucks is located on the 2nd floor and it will be quite a struggle to get there.

Worse customer experience ever. Went in to order few coffees a couple hours before close, noone in the establishment, walked to the till, didnt get acknowledged at all, i said hello as they continued to clean the counter with their back to me. To get no acknowledgement so i say hello louder to be told ill be right there. Another two minutes go by as she continues to wash a clothe and wipe the counter beside the till to no contact the entire time. Miserableness is all i felt from that employee. I couldnt spend myoney there so i left. Wont go back. Been there before n employees were great but this most recent one put a bad taste in my mouth and probally every other customer she delt with today.

Rude behaviour and working with wrong attitude. It’s really not good for the service sector. You need to have polite and humble behaviour employees on the job.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Starbucks Indigo location in West Edmonton Mall. The barista, Jasmine, was completely rude and offensive. I asked for no room in my Frappuccino, but she didn't listen. When I politely asked about it, she gave me nothing but attitude.
It got worse when I asked for a lid that fit for an additional cup for my partner, who is Caucasian and disabled. Jasmine ignored me completely, forcing me to reach over the counter to get it myself. Her response to this was condescending and downright rude.
As a Canadian-born, educated professional, 50% South Asian descent, I was appalled by the way I was treated. It felt like Jasmine assumed I was less deserving of respect because of my appearance. To top it off, she asked me to clear someone else's garbage from the counter.
This experience was not just bad customer service—it was disrespectful and discriminatory. I will never return to this location, and I will be sharing this experience with my huge network.
Jasmine needs serious training in customer service and cultural sensitivity. Starbucks, this is not the standard of service I expect.

Went here twice during my stay at fantasyland. Staff were friendly enough and I didn’t ever wait too long for my items.
Very very bad young lady who seemed to hate her job. Pls quit and find another job. Because of your making horrible coffee and bad attitude, I wasted my money and my time.
