All the workers at the 50th Street location are absolute gems! Whether it’s your first visit or your 100th, you can always expect a warm welcome and plenty of smiles. This location definitely has its peak busy hours, but the team consistently ensures that customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Great teamwork and morale overall. I definitely recommend this Starbucks, especially if you're in the area

I come to this Starbucks all the time but today I had the best experience. I usually get a Starbucks cherry chai but since they discontinued it I was so sad! Shawn suggested I try the pumpkin version and I love it!! I tried the miniature bagels as well, to die for! The staff here are so friendly and seem like they love There job, you made my day with your positivity.

I’ve been coming to the same Starbucks location for over five years, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this.
I ordered a tall tea but asked for it in a larger cup with more hot water — which I’ve done at many other Starbucks locations without any problem. In fact, some baristas at other stores even offer to top it up for me. But today, the barista here refused, saying that because my order was a tall, they couldn’t give me more water.
Honestly, that makes no sense. Hot water costs nothing, and Starbucks has always been about great customer service and flexibility. Isn’t a drink supposed to be a customizable beverage?
If I ordered an iced drink in a bigger cup and wanted more ice, would this location refuse that too? It feels ridiculous to argue over a bit of water.
You can charge for hot water if that’s really a policy, but telling me “it’s because your drink size is tall” is not a good excuse — and definitely not the kind of service Starbucks is known for. Very disappointing experience today.

I just wanted to leave a raving post for Shawn! I was in the store earlier today and the service he gave me was phenomenal! I was having issues with the app while ordering and he was very accommodating; a great in-store experience.

Went to get my drink and could not figure out what to get my daughter.... but them were nice and made it possible for me to get something. They also write on my cup, you are loved and only found the note in the evening which made my day coz it was a long hard day with baby.

This morning, the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond, so kind and welcoming! Even though there are many other Starbucks nearby, I always choose this location because they never disappoint. Beverages and food are as expected. Service at this location is very fast, efficient, and friendly; however, the atmosphere isn't the greatest and it's almost as though the very minimal table/chair design is aimed at keeping you out.
I love going to coffee shops with a book or my laptop to grab a latte/snack and hang out for a while, but it seems more and more coffee shops want you out as fast as possible.

I get sometimes people get sweaty, but at least wear a bandana when working around the food/drinks. This bothered me a lot.
