I like this 50 St Starbucks, the staff is nice and friendly but when I got my iced caramel macchiato they barely put any caramel sauce in it. There was next to nothing and I mentioned it and said where is the caramel and they just said they can re make it but I don't want to stand there and watch them remake it to make sure they put the caramel sauce. It was annoying because the Starbucks on Mcleod does lots of caramel sauce.

Tushar helped me out on a day that I had the biggest brain fog and forgot my wallet. He didn’t make me feel embarrassed or anything as I ordered and then realized upon pulling up to pay that I forgot my entire bag at home. Instead he told me not to worry and that it happens and paid for my drink! Thank you so much Tushar! That kind of kindness really just makes this world a better place!! You’re amazing!!

Fantastic service! The young lady who helped me at the drive through window was so polite and friendly. I was here at 10:40 am on January 31st. I don't know the server's name but I hope this is enough for the owner to know who it was. She was absolutely the best! I got a non fat, grande Cinnamon Dolce Latte for $6.25.

All the workers at the 50th Street location are absolute gems! Whether it’s your first visit or your 100th, you can always expect a warm welcome and plenty of smiles. This location definitely has its peak busy hours, but the team consistently ensures that customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Great teamwork and morale overall. I definitely recommend this Starbucks, especially if you're in the area

I come to this Starbucks all the time but today I had the best experience. I usually get a Starbucks cherry chai but since they discontinued it I was so sad! Shawn suggested I try the pumpkin version and I love it!! I tried the miniature bagels as well, to die for! The staff here are so friendly and seem like they love There job, you made my day with your positivity.

I ordered a tall tea but asked for it in a larger cup with more hot water — which I’ve done at many other Starbucks locations without any problem. In fact, some baristas at other stores even offer to top it up for me. But today, the barista here refused, saying that because my order was a tall, they couldn’t give me more water.
Honestly, that makes no sense. Hot water costs nothing, and Starbucks has always been about great customer service and flexibility. Isn’t a drink supposed to be a customizable beverage?
If I ordered an iced drink in a bigger cup and wanted more ice, would this location refuse that too? It feels ridiculous to argue over a bit of water.
You can charge for hot water if that’s really a policy, but telling me “it’s because your drink size is tall” is not a good excuse — and definitely not the kind of service Starbucks is known for. Very disappointing experience today.

Went to get my drink and could not figure out what to get my daughter.... but them were nice and made it possible for me to get something. They also write on my cup, you are loved and only found the note in the evening which made my day coz it was a long hard day with baby.

This morning, the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond, so kind and welcoming! Even though there are many other Starbucks nearby, I always choose this location because they never disappoint.
