Im really tired of not receiving a straw with my iced caramel macchiatos. This drink requires a straw to not only mix the cream and espresso, since Starbucks likes to deliver unmixed drinks for visuals, but also to reach the caramel sauce that sinks to the bottom.
Provide straws..

This is my favourite Starbucks in the city. The drive through is fast, and the baristas especially the one man who works early in the morning is incredibly friendly. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up any of my drinks and I’ve been here a lot.

This location is consistently excellent - I bring my nieces here for our special Starbucks dates, and the team always makes the experience special. This and the location on 127 Ave NW are the best I've found in Edmonton!

The customer service at this location is amazing. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I was talked into drinking something I have never had before and that never happens. They even offered to replace the drink if I didn't like the first sip. I was not disappointed with the drink either. I will be returning to this location even though it's out of my way.
