I had Stopgap coffee on my list of places to check out & I'm super happy that I finally stopped in. First off, super barista and great service. Second, and most critically, absolutely fantastic coffee. I had a latte and an Americano and both were about the best I've had in a long time. Lastly, Friday is donut day and they were excellent. I loved my first experience here today, such a cool little spot with a great vibe.
My Dirty Chai Latte was fantastic, the staff and other customers were super friendly, plus a lot of local art and cards for sale.
I also had a root beer brioche doughnut type pastry, I can't remember what it was called exactly but it was amazing. Great flakey dough, flavourful root beer filling that wasn't all sugar, and a nice little glaze on top.

It’s literally a house that also serves as a coffee shop, which was surprising. The interior is very cute, and the atmosphere is welcoming because it’s small and feels cozy inside. I ordered a chai latte and a croissant. The staff is nice, friendly, and easy to talk to, making the place just adorable.
