Twice i’ve used Uber to get food from here. Twice my order has been screwed up. They blame it on the Uber driver but its their fault. Either wrong order number on packages or not giving driver the full order.

My sub looked like it exploded. Also, they built it as if they were still cutting the top off like they used . Everything was a mess. I would like it if they built it like a real sandwich, meat on the bottom, then the cheese, and then the salad stuff on top. When i order online, I don't have the option to get it the way I want it.

The two Indian girls don’t communicate properly. They don’t say hi or hello and are Very stingy with toppings. She grabbed a handful of bell peppers and only put two on my sandwich and put the rest back, like hello I’m paying $20 for this crap. Looked at me wide eyed when I asked to put a bit more topping because she was acting as if the toppings come out of her paycheck. Total rip off

I am going 1 star because I, for one, am sick and tired of all the lies and deception from borderline false advertising. I got an email from Subway stating a 6 inch cold cut combo for $4.99. Ya right, when a restaurant advertises a combo it means a combination of either soft drink or fries or something. No, they suck people to drive to subway only to find out their assorted cold cut sandwich is now called a cold cut combo, (combination of meats). And get this, their combo now has pepperoni, ham and get this,, bologna. Another example of skimpflation. Bologna, seriously? really? They can stick their deals and their food for that matter, right up where the sun doesn't shine. Greedy corporations make me sick. People need to take a stand against how we are getting ripped off. Well, I for one, because of their bogus email, will NEVER spend my money there. If more people took a stand, then maybe, just maybe, things would chance.

Hi went around 12.10 pm on 07september. Two indian girls were working there. Zero customer service they don’t know how to treat customers i was waiting for almost 30 minutes nobody says even hi hello. They were busy in making online orders order even there was no driver. Worst experience ever. I ll never come again to this store. Please teach them how to deal with customers. THIS IS NOT RACISM I M ALSO INDIAN ND WORKING IN FOOD INDUSTRY TOO.

Avoid at all costs if you have a coupon or a use the app to collect points, 3rd time here and its usually are system isint registering it or we don't participate in the deal, even though u do and have used coupons here all the time, the customer service is atrocious, they just pretend they don't speak good English and ignore you and hope you go away, but I guess I got no one to blame but myself for going to subway in the first place, used to be one of my favorite fast food spots, just a dumpster fire now. 0 stars

Went in there for a pickup order and to try out the current buy one foot long get one free offer but for some reason I made a mistake and I didn't get the order right I politely asked for my money back or for her to honor the offer she was really rude and unprofessional and made me and another customer wait while she contacted her manager on the phone I offered to wait while she serves the waiting customer behind me but she insisted we wait in the end I have to wait 5 days my money back very very poor service he the employee name was SAMREEN #999997 SUBWAY STORE#21095-0.3919 -34 STHighly recommend not going here very poor service I went to another subway close by and they were happy to honor the offer
