Went in there for a pickup order and to try out the current buy one foot long get one free offer but for some reason I made a mistake and I didn't get the order right I politely asked for my money back or for her to honor the offer she was really rude and unprofessional and made me and another customer wait while she contacted her manager on the phone I offered to wait while she serves the waiting customer behind me but she insisted we wait in the end I have to wait 5 days my money back very very poor service he the employee name was SAMREEN #999997 SUBWAY STORE#21095-0.3919 -34 STHighly recommend not going here very poor service I went to another subway close by and they were happy to honor the offer

This location must be suffering from both shrink and skimp-flation. Tomato slices were 1/2 slices, with just a couple on a foot long, as well green peppers were just small diced pieces, not julienne like the used to be, pickles were sparse and paper thin. I asked for extra pickles but they were missing, and the cookies have gotten thinner. Very disappointed.

I was charged TWICE on my credit card for a mobile order on feb 12 and my order was cancelled. Upon walking into the meadowbrook branch I was told my order is cancelled so I asked them why I was charged twice for a cancelled order and the employees didn’t seem to care that much. Beware while placing mobile orders at this branch.

Worst damn subway ive ever had. Ive ordered multiple times from this location and everytime the ingredients are either spoiled or the requested toppings or instruction such as a simple request to not toast are not followed so over wasting money at this location and do not advise anyone order from this location and i have reported it and requested a health inspection to be completed on the way they store the food

Sub was up to standard, but we werent able to use our coupon b/c it wouldnt scan despite it still being valid? Also, sanitizer was empty. Atleast give us the discount if the coupon is still valid. About the prinicple, not the $2.

Whoever packed the last two soups today, not only spoiled it without packing it well, but also my car seat. I thought of driving back with this for an argument, but decided not to waste any additional time with this store.Feel frustrated
