Visited Feb 26 around noon.
Was refused more than the smallest of sprinkles of lettuce, 5 olives, and 2 pickles or was told I would be charged for extra vegetables.
Found out after the sandwich was almost made that any dressing is an extra $1? Since when are you charged for dressing at Subway? So ended up with a dry, empty sandwich.
So disappointed in this location.

This is honestly the worst subway by far cheap on the vegetables and they dont change their gloves after touching the POS. As an added bonus you get hair in your food.

This is the worst Subway in Edmonton. I’ve had some of the worst customer service experiences i’ve EVER encountered EVER at this Subway.
1. The employees are not friendly and often ignore you when you walk up to order.
2. The quality/amount of ingredients are much much less than other Subways
3. They charge more than other Subways, often charging more than what is listed on the menu, and will not fix it unless you point it out (even then sometimes they argue).
4. The manager is often yelling at their employees and being rude, extremely unprofessional.
5. They will tell you “that’s enough” when asking for more veggies (which are supposed to be unlimited and free) and will not give you more. They will argue and will not allow it.
6. Sometimes they claim their system did not accept the payment from your card, will refuse to give you your receipt stating the transaction failed, and will force you to double-pay. I’ve seen this happen multiple times.
It is completely unacceptable the way this establishment gets away with this behaviour, only because they are consistently busy at the university. This location needs new management. These people have ruined my day multiple times throughout my degree, it’s about time i leave a negative review.

I always get lunch from this Subway. The portions are decent and the employees there are amazing. I think prices are decent as long as u use the deals on the app

The sandwich is good but of course it, you made it yourself. The problem is they raise the prices to be 4 or 5 dollars higher than any other subway😭

I don’t really see a point to reviewing fast food joints but they almost messed up my order 5 times in the span of it getting made - plus i was there for a while and did not see them change their gloves (esp bc i ordered a vegetarian - other subways do this)
