The woman who served me did amazing. But management needs to do better, this poor woman was left alone during dinner rush, baking, helping customers and doing uber orders alone. Hire more people or step up

Can't get an order right. Paid for Ketchup chips, they gave me Fries and gravy chips. Also didn't bother to toast it as indicated.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway. I placed an online order and when I arrived, Lovespreet was extremely rude and refused to make my order. Despite showing clear proof of purchase, they would not prepare the food or issue a refund.

The coworker working alongside her was also extremely rude and unhelpful. Neither of them offered any assistance or solutions—just attitude and dismissal. I was essentially told “too bad” after paying for food I never received.

This location shows zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero care for customers. Being treated this way after already paying is unacceptable. I will not be returning and strongly suggest others think twice before ordering online from this Subway.

Asides from the fact that this location does not accept 50 or 100 dollars bills, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. No customer service experience whatsoever. I recommend avoiding this location.

It’s happening twice. Whenever online order is placed few of the things are missing. At that time person is hungry so can’t say. I was avoiding to write this review but I am compelled to write it this time. Thank you! I have decided not to order or go. Chappelle one is better. At least they are honest! When you charge some it becomes your duty to provide what the person has order. Cheap attitude to earn money. It’s been 5 yrs never subway restaurant has such greed for money. Or is it they think same community person. Take them for granted.

Ordered online to pickup. Soup is all noodles and next to no broth. I was given no spoon or napkins. Sub was a bit cheap on the vegetables. Staff was friendly during pickup.

I was trying to order online many times to this .
They have blocked the app because they don’t want to give deals to customers.
(When I tried to place same order other locations accepting orders) but in this location when in the end try to pay for order always refuse .
Even though I have tried different cards and different phone number .
Only this location has the problem not taking orders online for deals especially

Lettuce was rotten and when asked the employee she mentioned that it is coming from head office and they have been getting complains . Maybe true may not be true as it can be managed with ordering. Never going back again.
