Terrible experience at this Subway on December 13, 2024, around 1:30-2 PM.The employee (South Asian specifically seemed international) was rude from the start, didn’t greet us properly, and made us feel unwelcome. We took a footlong to go, but the bread was so hard it was inedible. When I politely returned to request a replacement, the employee blamed me for the issue and refused to help.
Another employee tried to make a new sandwich, but the rude employee jumped in and told her, “No, you can’t give this woman what she wants.” Absolutely unacceptable behavior . A simple acknowledgment of the issue or an attempt to resolve it would have gone a long way.She wasn’t even sorry about it. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. Avoid this location at all costs!
THE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT WEARING A NAME TAG REFUSED TO TELL HER NAME.
It would really mean a lot if the manager or any other administrator would contact me as in my entire life this has never been the case at subway.

Took me 30 minutes to get food here because management can’t take 30 seconds to properly communicate their policy on cash. I shouldn’t have to wander around trying to make change for your store and waste everyone’s time.

Subway has gone down hill with their portions… their rotisserie chicken is now shredded and like crumbs haha. They put a half a small scoop per 6”.. wow.

I often visit this store in the evenings, just before going home from work, after 7 pm.The lady at the counter is always there with a warm smile and a cheerful demeanor, making for a delightful experience. As always, I thoroughly enjoy my sandwich.
I visited Subway with my family recently, and Chhavi made our experience absolutely wonderful! We ordered four different footlong sandwiches, each with specific toppings and preferences, and Chhavi nailed every single one. She was quick, efficient, and very friendly, making sure our order was just right. My family and I were impressed by her attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere she created. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by.

Today , I went to subway with my family to enjoy our weekend. But when we reached there the lady at the counter was not friendly at all. The representative name at counter is Chavi. She was pretending like we were they to eat free food. I was there to enjoy our evening not spoil it. The service we got wasn’t good . I wasn’t expecting this . Even we were right there to when the order was getting ready but she didn’t seem to be happy to help. This was worse experience.sub was not packed properly.

Portion size was garbage. Almost asked for more vegetables on my wrap .....never even thought I would ever ask this. Meat quantity for double meat was a single scoop normally. Oh well gonna be hungry on this lunch.
