In this subway, the food i order was not fresh. Cucumber and spinach was looking old and wilted. I have ordered chicken soup and they gave me cold soup instead of fresh and hot. Service was fine and ok. Tables weren’t clean and the portions were small.
Very poor customer service. Not at all cooperative. The sandwich maker wants to make the money today without thinking about repeating customers. He is not helping in finding deals.Normally managed by one employee store. Not much of a busy location.

The lady tried to not give me the extra cheese that comes with my order. Then doesn't listen to me having two orders. It's ridiculous that simple instructions are not being listened to or followed. I get this specific sub all the time at various locations in bc and alberta. I know the order well and was very disappointed to see this location cutting corners.
