I had a great experience at this Subway location on Ellerslie Road. Dharam, the employee who helped me, was fantastic. He took the time to ask me about my day, and when I mentioned I wasn’t having the best one, he was genuinely empathetic and wished me well. It really stood out to see that level of kindness and customer service. Thank you, Dharam, for making a simple stop for food feel so much more positive!

First time at this Subway. They made a sandwich that I threw 80% of in the trash. Old cabbage, old dried tomatoes. They didn't even put ketchup on it. I could have choked. They put very little meat. Only for the smell. Terrible service

I don't write reviews about sub par service but the taller east indian gentlemen working this evening (may 9th) takes the cake for lack of care for a job I've ever seen. It's laughable, from literally throwing vegetables on, taking sub out of toaster super early, half cutting the sub, to putting more sauce on the wrapping than the sub. it was unreal. I hope management sees this and provides training or looks for better help. The attitude on this guy was that he absolutely hates everyone that dis-services him for making a sub. Pretend to care at minimum lol.

Staff was totally mannerless. I still give him 10% tip. Then I told him that I wanted to have it here then he just passed me the sandwich without tray, then I asked him please give me a tray then he said we guys don't have any trays here. Wow man. I would like to offer a take over offer to this location owner. If you don't know how run any food business I will take over from you. Let me know if you are interested.
One of the awful sub I ever had very dry bread it was not fresh and when I open the sub wrap all the vegetables fell down I will never come back to this store again

Summary: Food 10/10. Location 1/10. DONT GO IF YOU’RE IN A HURRY. Using the app is useless, it’s not made at the time you want it.
BOGO deal going on right now, got subway from here 2 times since this location is close to home. I ordered from their app for it to be ready by 4:00. They handed it to me at 4:30. It’s like they started creating the orders when I entered. I get it, I needed 4 subs but why was there only one person working at a busy time. did this manager really need to cheap out and have ONE employee (who by the way said she was NEW) working during a busy time. 2 sauces were out and poor girl didn’t have time to get more cuz so many people were hangry.
When I was there for 30 minutes, 3 walk-ins left just because of her speed. I feel bad for her for sure cuz the manager really messed up.
Next time I got it, I said it should be ready by 4:30. Not kidding, they handed my 4 subs (again) to me at 5:10! However, this time 2 guys were working so I don’t know why it took forever.
Also, why don’t they ever have churros when I go??? Just me or did others notice too
