I hate leaving bad reviews but I've exhausted all other avenues. Ordered delivery through the Subway app directly to avail of the buy one get one free offer. Subway sent it to Doordash for delivery and it never arrived. I contacted Doordash and they said because I ordered through the Subway app and not Doordash that the restaurant would have to handle it. I received an email from the restaurant basically telling me it's not their fault and I would have to deal with Doordash because that's who I chose to deliver it but I didn't pick the delivery service. I called the location and spoke with an employee who assured me the manager would be in touch, but no one has called me back since. I'm thinking my only recourse now is to launch a fraud complaint with my bank to get my money back. This location is the closest one to my house but I won't be going there again.

Stale bread! What’s with the old buns? This location is unreliable in terms of food quality. No excuse for two poor subs on two different kinds of stale bread & light/cheap on fillings.

I had a great experience at this Subway location on Ellerslie Road. Dharam, the employee who helped me, was fantastic. He took the time to ask me about my day, and when I mentioned I wasn’t having the best one, he was genuinely empathetic and wished me well. It really stood out to see that level of kindness and customer service. Thank you, Dharam, for making a simple stop for food feel so much more positive!

First time at this Subway. They made a sandwich that I threw 80% of in the trash. Old cabbage, old dried tomatoes. They didn't even put ketchup on it. I could have choked. They put very little meat. Only for the smell. Terrible service

I don't write reviews about sub par service but the taller east indian gentlemen working this evening (may 9th) takes the cake for lack of care for a job I've ever seen. It's laughable, from literally throwing vegetables on, taking sub out of toaster super early, half cutting the sub, to putting more sauce on the wrapping than the sub. it was unreal. I hope management sees this and provides training or looks for better help. The attitude on this guy was that he absolutely hates everyone that dis-services him for making a sub. Pretend to care at minimum lol.
