I complained to Subway that I got a bad stomach after eating here. I couldn’t sleep at night and I got sick. I also complained that no one answers calls at this location. I got a reply from Lavpreet Deol on November 7, 2024 mentioning that he would refund but despite sending him all the information he requested and despite following up on it three times after that, I neither got a reply nor a refund (today is December 13, 2024). I’ll never go to this Subway again.

One Life

I ordered spicy cheese veggie sub, I saw the worker put 4 slices of thick cheese and sprinkle of spices. I was like is it joke.
I had the sub and I will tell you it’s one of the worse sub I have ever eaten. It’s veggie sub and including this restaurant when ask for extra lettuce they are like dead hands to sprinkle lettuce.
Anyway sub was worse , I was so upset and threw the sub. Subway may be 1 location near Mullen road is good other then that all others are really bad.

There machine broke down as I was about to pay so the guy tells me, oh there’s bank right around the corner you can go get cash from there. Like who tells that to a customer? So rude and entitled for no reason. Like no I’m not going to drive to the bmo bank and get cash when I don’t even have an account with them. The subs were so cold and stale as well. Never coming back to this location. Can’t believe how entitled the guy working here was. Makes sense why it’s so dead

Seriously need more than 1 person working. Came in for my lunch shift and had to leave without even ordering anything after waiting 10min and the line barely moving .it wasn't even "lunchtime" anymore.

I recently had a very negative experience with an employee named Manpreet. Despite my efforts to be polite and patient, her demeanor was noticeably rude and dismissive. She handled our food roughly, and the way she slammed it down was both unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and care, especially when it comes to handling food. This kind of service is unacceptable and undermines the quality of the establishment. I hope management will address these issues to ensure a more respectful and professional environment for future customers.

July 16, 2024 around 4:30 PM: Was having a good day and wanted to dine in with my family, only to be greeted by Manpreet (one of the employees) with a grimace. I get it, shifts can feel long and hard, but don’t make your bad day my problem. Her coworker was much nicer and professional. I was just wondering where the third sandwich went and she already looked fed up. It didn’t help that I could barely understand her through her muttering too. As someone who also works in customer service, please, go back to learning the basics. Thank you.

The girl working here on Feb 31st morning shift was making sandwiches using the same gloves for literally all kinds of chores and sandwiches. A bottle fell on the floor, she picked it up off the filthy floor and continued to make sandwiches with the same dirty gloves on. Absolutely disgusting. I get that it's fast food but it's not cheap so at least show some respect to your customers by following the most basic hygiene steps.

Uncomfortable experience, the service worker was extremely rude. She was groaning and moving her fingers fast and impatiently at me because I wanted to pull up a coupon. and did not want to help me. The store was completely empty. Super unfriendly.

I am shocked at the service received last night at this location. I submitted an order online at 5:01pm through the Subway app for pickup at 6:40pm. I received the confirmation email at 5:01pm. My boyfriend arrived at the store around 6:26pm and went to the express pickup where he was told there was no order for us by the one employee. He called me to send him screenshots of the order details and while I was on the phone with him - (he called me at 6:27pm) while I was sending him screenshots of the order confirmation in the app and forwarding him the confirmation email I received notification from the Subway app and via email at 6:29PM stating that my order had been cancelled. The email stated that the order had been cancelled by the restaurant and to contact the restaurant where I placed the order for more information. My boyfriend stood and waited for over 15 minutes while the employee helped several other customers while I sat on the phone with him. Finally when the employee found the time to speak with him he simply said he didn't know, received no order it's all online stuff. And I spoke to him and said the email literally said it was cancelled by the restaurant and to contact the restaurant for details his exact words were "he got no order." I said well I want my order or I want my money back. He said there's nothing he could do so they literally took my money for my order and provided no order. The right thing to do would have been to ask what the order was and make it and provide it considering we had proof of the order and proof of payment instead of being completely rude and disregarding my boyfriend who had at this point literally been standing there at this point for almost half an hour. I said well how do I get my money back - he basically said don't know. His attitude was basically don't know / don't care. I'm not really willing to do anything to help this situation. Very unprofessional, zero customer service and offered no options for getting us our order or our money back. We then had to re-submit our order to another restaurant - drive to that other restaurant wait another 20+ minutes for our order to be ready. What is the point of pre-ordering online and using the app for express order if this is the type of service we get.

I am the only one in the store around 12:15. There’s 2 people working, with one taking an order on the phone. Ok, no problem. The other sorting bread. No acknowledgment from either….but still sorting bread ….there is typically no sense of urgency when I’m there but I didn’t have time to wait around while being outnumbered by staff today so I left.

worst service, worst quality of vegetables and the service I received today was absolutely horrible. They clearly don’t care.I walked in happy and cheerful and I wasn’t even greeted. I looked at the sandwich and I could already tell the sub was no cut properly and was short. When you are paying almost ten dollars for 6” sub, I would want that length. I feel like there are policies set in place because I see the ruler on the cutting board to help measure the sub but clearly the owners and general manager do not train their staff and if they say they do, they do not hold them accountable for the quality of service and food.I love how I’m telling the owners they have horrible staff and service and one of their response was to send a horrible review to the store all the staff come to purchase subway.Learn to be better.
