Very poor customer service by not acknowledging that someone come into their location and on top of that refusing to let me use the washroom by citing the well-known cheap phrase, “It’s out of service:”
I did not order a food and walked away when they refused me to use the WC. I will never go back to them, but I guess they do not care.

I live nearby and have had good service from one guy. If he ain't working, I walk away. Everyone else seems to not care at all. I'm currently waiting for my online order to be made. Person after person keeps coming in and getting served. Is that a thing to keep in mind from now on? This subway sucks. The one in Oliver I'd good. I'll just drive there from now on.

Lady working at the counter with tattoos had unwelcoming vibes. Did not care about order. Cheaper out on toppings and when I asked to add a little more she rolled her eyes. Really really bad experience. I won’t recommend this location to anyone.

The girl with the tattoo on hand was so Rude and disgusting. it's second time now.
She told her name Louis or something, not sure if it's true. But I was picking up the order and she said I don't have those items and I don't have time to talk with you and the customer, eventually I have to cancel the order after wasting my 30 minutes. worst service.
Don't go if that tattoo girl is still there. Owner please do something with her.

Worst service in edmonton. The lady in the day shift Oct 3 Thursday was rude and wouldn't spread my mayo and honey musterd first time in all the years I've eaten at subway. Plus there's been a out of order on the bathroom sign for the past 5to 7 months so I was unable to wash my hands before eating. Totally unhealthy with covid being a major concern aside from many other Germs

Worst Service and disrespectful behaviour by both ladies at their shift , I asked them for washroom but they refused to allow me and said customer made mess and block the toilet seat so we not allowing it to customers and she spoke so rudely, would never visit again.

Placing online orders since long time, this time ordered for veg delite and received sub without lettuce! called back to inform but won't accept it! Talked to Candace, who is the manager and made my sub, adamant to accept that. "I made it myself, lettuce is there Hon...." Well you just lost a customer now.

On July 27, I was helped by paul and He was working alone, and I was amazed by his skills, speed, and professional service. Despite a long line and online orders, he handled everything quickly. He also spoke to me in English to avoid offending others, which was very thoughtful. I was really impressed by his performance.

I didn't feel really welcome in this restaurant. We were working in the CiBC building in front of Subway Restaurant since JULY 18-22 and and I was excited to purchase my meal here. I asked to use for a washroom first but was refused by the lady who's on duty. She said it's out of order but I don't believe her, my co worker said they just used the washroom.decided not to buy meal here! And told my co workers of my experience.
