I ordered a sandwich and a Power Bowl. The sandwich was warm and prepared properly, but the Power Bowl was served fully frozen.
When I raised the issue, I was told the bowl had been kept in the refrigerator and that it was winter outside. Neither of those explains why a Power Bowl—which is meant to be served hot—was not heated before being given to a customer.
This wasn’t a minor quality issue; the bowl was not edible as served. Proper heating is a basic expectation, regardless of storage or outside temperature.
Very disappointing experience, especially considering the cost. And the power bowl must heated and warm but they used the left over for days and sold as new prepared from the referegerator. Please find what is I really got and what is their ad?

I eat here pretty regularly and it's always good. I wouldn't have bothered reviewing, but today I saw an employee happily allow a teen from the education rally at the leg use the washroom without his purchasing anything. It was very kind. Apparently ALL the government public washrooms were locked! The takeaway: Subway treats Albertans better than our government. Also, I can't really get enough of the white chocolate macadamia cookies. 10 / 10!

I went to this subway last Sunday. I ordered a sub and a coffee online for the first time. Despite my payment, the system constantly in a loading state. I have no idea if the order was submitted or not. Frustrated, I went to the shop. The staff told me they didn’t have coffee. I was very disappointed because I need coffee everyday to be functional. If they don’t offer coffee, they should have taken the item out of the app.
What disappointed me even further was the staff’s “offer for compensation”. They said I could either take a cookie ($0.99), fountain drink ($2.69), or a bag of chips ($2.19). Due to certain health issues, I can’t drink cold, soft drinks. So, I’m forced to take a bag of chips.
The staff was nice, but this is how they compensate customer for the company’s mistakes, offering values of goods that are mostly lower than the unavailable product. I eventually spent another 2 dollars elsewhere for coffee. I don’t fret over a few dollars, but this shows how greedy and dishonest the big company is.

Mandeep!!!! This lady is my parenting assistant. When I am swamped and pass on cooking, Mandeep will make each sandwich to perfection. The staff is amazing. The counters are clean. The bathrooms are tidy. This is a great location.
