I noticed a homeless gentleman smoking crack inside the restaurant upon entry. Then another homeless person came in and asked me to buy him something multiple times (not in this economy pal). All the while, there was only one small female employee preoccupied with another customer, making the entire place feel unsafe. This is a very typical experience at this location. It feels disgusting and unsafe every time I feel like getting a very mediocre sandwich.

Absolutely, horrible service, disgusting hygiene. I watched the guy make six orders using the exact same gloves and putting his hands in every single veggie with the same gloves, touching all the different meats and all the other different items. Not to mention, the horrible service. Customer is waiting in line, but they prioritize a DoorDash order that hasn’t even been prepared yet ahead of the customers that are in the restaurant. Stay away from here if you can.

Went for a late lunch after spending all morning exploring the downtown area. Staff were slow and seemed tired but I would feel the same in such a busy location. Ordered 3 different sandwiches and everyone received what they wanted and it tasted great.

I went in and wanted to order food but had to wash my hands first. I asked the lady for the key she told me she would have to open it. Which is fine I could have waited. But then she tells me to go across the street to another building to use their washroom even though there's is functional. So I will not be eating there again with service like that.
I told one of the guys I work with this. He told me that last time he ate there the lady got him to pay his bill in before she made the food. He Paid with cash. Then she tried to use the same gloves she was touching the money with to make his food. When he said “are you going to change your gloves”. She replied “if you want me too”. That is an absolutely disgusting she didn’t even realize what she was doing wrong.

Why is this location always a few bucks extra? I had to ask for an extra tomato slice because they tried giving me only 3 on a foot long. Asked for spinach and literally got 4 or 5 pieces. Other Subway restaurants are not like this location.
After a few visits with the same problem I won't be back.

Lettuce (old and soggy) and avo (dark brown) looked bad. It was not a pleasant experience.

Round of applause goes to the morning shift!!!!! Refusing customer service. Asked for a deli bun with only veggies and told No, you have to order a 6 inch or you have to order the breakfast sandwich with egg and meat and add veggies to it... I have been ordering a deli veggie bun for over 30 years, and this is the first NO I have gotten. So, warning to vegetarians, you are required to order meat and egg if it is the morning. But thank goodness it's allowed in the afternoon! Where is the commonsense with these generations in rgaurdes to customer service.

The Subway near the legislature is infinitely better. I only went here because that location was closed. The toppings were of poor grade. The bread was stale, the lettuce was browning, even with two hours until closing this is unacceptable. Not to mention that the workers put little toppings on.
The workers here are utterly miserable both times I’ve been here. No smiling, don’t even look at you, no sense of general human decency. STOP hiring people just because they look like you or make cheap labour.
The location in of itself is also filthy. There’s no reason for a sandwich shop to be so dirty.

don’t get me wrong i am a subway queen but like actually this such a strange place they had no bread like isn’t that the only reason people go to subway???? the lady kept sniffling all over the place like babes go blow your nose in the back. and the lettuce was pink? dont know how that is even possible but kinda vile not gonna lie. um also like why is there no mayo? i know you keep backups in the walk-in. oh and also i had to pee so bad and the bathrooms were out of order? as if honestly.

Out of ingredients alot of the time.Plus they need to higher security. Theirs always people in here causing issues for staff and they cant do anything.Tonight staff didn't do anything while people did lines of coke of the tables... they were notified about the mess left. Instead of cleaning the drugs off the table they cleaned the oven, and checked the coffee maker. Its pretty gross, and not a great place for my child to sit in and eat.
