I’m a regular customer at the Subway on 10036 Jasper Ave. On Tuesday, August 12th, I waited outside before 7:00 AM. When I tried to enter at 7:00, the employee (Rosita) old lady short height gave me an aggressive look and gestured for me to leave. I had to wait another 5 minutes before she opened the door. This kind of attitude is not acceptable—she should change her behaviour. All customers deserve respect.

They recently had an issue with the AC, but it’s been fixed and they’ll be reopening on June 3rd — definitely worth the wait! I’m excited to go back. Clean space, great service, and delicious subs every time. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in the service at this location. The sandwich artists have a tendency to barely fill your sub. The last time I went in around 9:20 when they were scheduled to close at 10 and they only had 3 vegetables out and flatbread left. I can understand not having other breads because they take time to bake and whatnot but the rest of the selection was dismal. I would understand if we were closer to 10 but they still had 40 minutes until their scheduled closing time and they were clearly doing closing duties. The one worker even told the other to lock the doors as I was still in there. I expect having a bit more choices when I’m already paying $15+ for a sandwich combo.
