No cups for water? Booooo.
Price is 1 star. Why should we pay $18 for 2 subs when 1 has no toppings? Seems like a serious rip off! Definitely will be making them myself from now on seeing as you can buy everything you need for 6 sandwiches for the same price, even without a kitchen. I have supported Subway for about 25 years, but no more.

Had to review as I’ve visited a couple times and the veggies are always super fresh and the portions are better than other subways. Place is clean and staff is friendly. 5 stars.

Don't get the gluten free buns here!! I was incredibly annoyed with the gluten free bun option. Not only does it cost extra for a 6" bun but what I found the most annoying was the bun is incredibly dry and crumbles while you're trying to eat it. It was such a mess and the employee suggested I toast it because it comes frozen which I don't like so I waited for it to defrost before eating it. Just super disappointed that when paying this much for a sub that it doesn't stay together and the bun literally crumbled.

Renz help with great customer service. Its my first time ordering at subway and he help and explain everything to me. Renz should be promoted to a managerial position. Hes very polite, friendly and very accommodating.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The guy who works there during the day does not understand what "gentle" with the salt and pepper means. The last 3 times I tried to get a sub, that guy dumped salt and pepper all over my sub then just smiled at me as if he did good. He either has a low IQ or doesn't care.It's painfully obvious they don't care about the bad reviews. They don't even read them.

Finn was amazing! Such a lovely person, was so helpful and made the best sandwiches even though I came in close to closing time! Was super quick and absolutely killed it!

I ordered a veggie wrap, clearly stating my dietary preference as a vegetarian. However, to my surprise and dismay, when I received my order, it contained chicken instead of the requested vegetables. This is completely unacceptable, as it goes against my religious beliefs and dietary restrictions. Upon realizing the mistake, I immediately called the store to address the issue. However, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a solution, she insisted that the veggie wrap comes with chicken. This response is both illogical and disrespectful, as a veggie wrap, by definition, should not contain any meat. I am grateful that I decided to cut the wrap in half before consuming it, as it allowed me to discover the error. Had I not done so, I would have unknowingly consumed the chicken, which would have been a violation of my religious beliefs. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and attention to detail from Subway. It is essential that your staff members understand and respect customers' dietary preferences and restrictions. I believe that this incident reflects a lack of training and awareness among your employees.

He let me use bathroom and let me sit in their dine area even I didn’t buy anything but after He helped me to figure out what I can have when I wasn’t too hungry and I really wanted to eat something warm. I bought teriyaki chicken with cheese made my day. Thanks Ranz for serving me your best service.
